Non si può ottenere molto più vicino alla spiaggia! A pochi passi da una splendida spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca su Nantucket Sound nell'esclusiva Great Island. Questa grande e bella di Cape Cod casa contemporanea dispone di 4 camere, 3 1/2 bagni e può ospitare fino a 8 persone. C'è un sacco di spazio a disposizione all'interno con una grande sala aperta grande. Il primo livello dispone di 3 camere da letto, uno ha un letto matrimoniale, uno ha una regina, e uno ha due gemelli con una zona salotto. Un bagno completo con vasca / doccia combo e bellissime controsoffitti di pietra naturale e un mezzo bagno sono anche a questo livello. L'ultimo piano dispone di una cucina ampia e completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici moderni e granito, un accogliente salotto e una sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a otto. C'è una quarta camera da letto a questo livello con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con doccia solo. Questo livello offre anche un piccolo studio / tana tipo di camera con una regina divano letto e un altro bagno completo con doccia in fondo al corridoio.
Tutti i comfort di una casa di fascia alta con aria centrale, pieno di dimensioni lavatrice / asciugatrice, internet wireless, ampio box doccia esterna, e una piattaforma espansiva per respirare l'aria salmastra. A true GEM!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting on the Cape for 8 years and this property is by far the BEST we have found to accommodate our extended family as well as our beloved black Lab! This house truly has it ALL - perfect location in Yarmouth, close to everything including grocery stores and our favorite fish market! We enjoyed the added security of being in a gated community with just a short walk (5 minutes) to the beautiful shores of Nantucket Sound with private beach access. We were often the only family on the beach! Two master suites with full bathrooms as well as two other large bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms were absolutely perfect for our needs. (The home also has two pull-out couches for sleeping). We also enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals together. The house was very clean, and the family/dining area was spacious for everyone to be comfortable together. We were definitely fans of the central vacuum upstairs and downstairs to keep the sand at bay! The in-ground pool and hot tub made our trip even more memorable. What a great addition! We are already looking forward to our return. Alyssa and Ofer were always readily available to promptly answer questions about the house to plan our trip. Thank you for renting your beautiful home!!

Beautiful house, great for families, great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, the house was great. Nicely updated, good space, amenities were obvious and thorough. Lower level has 3 spacious bedrooms, including one with an en suite bathroom, and upstairs has a master and a study with a pullout. The house is on a large lot, so very private and quiet. We've stayed on great island several times before at different houses, and this was our preferred choice. We have a family of 6, and it was very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat, and when we had an issue with the chemical balance in the hot tub, the owner came out immediately to fix, followed by the hot tub maintenance person the next day. A pool in 2022 will be a huge plus!For those who haven't stayed in this community before, it's great. 24/7 manned entrance is really nice to have, and the area has a laid back feel with close proximity to a couple of key, private beaches along the ocean side of Yarmouth. The house is no more than an 8 minute walk to each, and you can walk 15 minutes to Seagull Beach as well. As a long time cape visitor from Rhode Island, this place is highly recommended!

Serenity, Spaciousness and 3 Private Beaches!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home is truly MAGNIFICENT! We are a family party of grandparents, 2 sons and daughters-in-law, 2 children and one toddler. We all had a wonderful time there. It is a real joy to have so much room, so many bathrooms, and the kitchen was superb! One night we boiled up five 2-1/2 lb. lobsters using the stove's pot filler. Never have we been able to have our lobster nights with so much room to maneuver. Great Island is perhaps the best location I've ever stayed on the Cape, and I've been going there for more than 60 years. All the beaches are between 3 and 5 minutes easy walk from the house. We made friends with the few families we met on Whale Rd. beach (unfortunate weather this year, but we are all stalwarts!). Because there were only 2 or 3 real beach days, we didn't go to White Gate Beach or Cove beach, but we took many walks around there. It's too bad one can't walk or bike to the south end of Great Island as it's a private community, but we understand, and we loved the Great Island gated community we were in for its safety and serenity.We truly adored Great Island and, in particular, this beautiful and private home. We used the hot tub often. And the owners are putting in a pool in 2022!
