Lusso 3BR / 3BA Oceanfront End Unit in Seaside Resort a Crescent Beach

Se stai cercando l'unità più bella in affitto a Myrtle Beach devi controllare questa unità ... completamente ristrutturato e ristrutturato di fronte all'oceano, unità d'angolo situato nella sezione Crescent di North Myrtle Beach ... nessuna spesa, nessuno! è stato risparmiato per rendere questa unità la TV da 73 pollici a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e TV da 50 pollici in tutte le camere, tra cui WiFi gratuito. Se stai affittando a Sea Side devi controllare che il proprietario abbia sistemato l'unità con un divano componibile ad un'estremità del soggiorno di fronte al grande televisore, tavolo da pranzo per 6 sgabelli da bar più, e una seconda area salotto sul fronte all'oceano! Ciò che è sorprendente delle unità terminali di questa proprietà con le 3BR sono le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che vanno da un'estremità del salotto a quasi l'altra! Grande attenzione è stata data al vostro comfort nell'appartamento incredibilmente splendido che il proprietario mantiene meticolosamente. La zona giorno è da parete a parete e le viste sono estreme

Seaside è un condominio in stile boutique e tramanda la migliore proprietà a North Myrtle Beach ... la proprietà ha tutti i comfort tra cui Wi-Fi, piscine interne ed esterne, vasche idromassaggio, fiume lento, ristorante in loco tutto avvolto nell'edificio esterno più attraente sulla spiaggia... Questo è uno dei soli 68 unità e tutte e tre le unità che affittiamo a Seaside sono le migliori unità dell'edificio.

Scrap Girls Vaca

The view was amazing! The employees were all very kind. We loved the two separate living spaces. This was perfect for our yearly scrapbooking vacation! We will definitely rent this room again. Only downside is that the parking spaces are very small. Suggest bringing a vehicle no larger than the size of a crossover, otherwise, you will need to park across the street.

Perfect Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great! We loved all the windows that let us have a great view from all angles. The condo was really clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Resort and Location But Needs Updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this resort for 3 years now, each time renting through Carolina Resorts Realty. The unit we usually rent was unavailable this year, so we had to choose a different but similar unit. Unfortunately, after picking up the keys and unloading everything and proceeding up 14 floors, we found that the unit had not been cleaned. It was not a great start, but a crew came and addressed the problem. We love the layout of these ocean front units with lots of windows. There is room to spread out, cook breakfast and of course, a great view. We did not like this unit as much as the one we usually stay in. This one is in need of a good deep cleaning- there was a lot of dust on furniture and food splatters on the wall behind the trash can. The unit also needs some updates. One barstool was broken, there were some holes in the walls, and almost all of the couch cushions and pillows had holes in them. We like this resort and its amenities, but we would not choose to rent this particular unit in the future. Some updates would improve the experience!

An Expensive and Time-Consuming Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this condo due to description and photographs that were not accurate. This resort did not have the kid friendly slides advertised. Additionally, the condo is in a building with only two elevators that were super slow. Was able to check in at the last minute due to cleaning of the unit but it was evident it had not been occupied in a while. The coffee machine was inoperable and prior guests had left a note with broken mschine that they had put together a coffee maker out of mix matched items. The unit does have a very nice view and layout but extra blankets were soiled and the dryer not working properly. This was advertised as recently remodeled unit but it clearly had the 80s and 90s feel to it. Anyone could invest 500 dollars in a trip to Walmart and significantly improve the condo but there does not appear to be any desire to have repeat guests.I had to check in off site and was treated as if they were doing me a favor. The advertised restaurant on site is a breakfast only place with limited options. Going in , I knew I was paying a premium but it would have been nice to wrap up with clean blankets and drink a cup of coffee. Im glad my stay was only for a night, would not recommend this unit to anyone and would opt to not extend my stay at the beach if this were the only option available.
