Not exactly what i expected
This house served the purpose. Definately could use some updating. Had pots but no bread pans at all. Coffee maker worked but seemed to be piece milled together from multiple makers. No toilet paper only what was left on the roll from previous user. No paper towels at all. It had been "cleaned" before we came but was only a "spit shine". Trash containers outside were over flowing when we arrived. The maintenance guy were there when we arrived. He stated tenants before us didn't take it to the road. We did same day neighbors did. Their containers were emptied ours were not. So, yes it served the purpose but definitely not like any other VRBO we had rented before.

was very excellent when I arrived at the house avia a lot for the dog and I called the manager of the house he decided everything was all clean and a great place to stay well comfortable

Not so pleasantvilla
The house needs maintenance. The king bed was broken, there are no exhaust fans in either bathroom, there were tiny ants in the kitchen on the counter even after I sprayed a few times and yes I could have called the property mananger but when he came about the broken king bed he was rude. I used my own pet friendly spray because of my dog being there. The pool deck had mold growing it and the drain was covered with it. There is a broken down lattice fence in the side yard that looks really bad. I stayed for 2 weeks and checked out on the 7th because I had to add 3 extra days to my stay. I’m local to the area and sold my home and needed a place for 2 weeks while my new home was getting ready. There is only a maybe 30 year old can opener that doesn’t work and I had to go out and buy one. I sent Lee the property mananger and email a couple of times and he got nasty with me saying I told you not to email him through home always site. He never told me that and I think he is in the wrong job because he doesn’t know how to treat a paying customer. You can be sure I will not recommend any of my clients stay at one of your property’s. Also there was a car parked in the garage so we could not use it and also there are no lids for the trash cans that fit and animals kept tearing apart the trash there. I will NOT be recommending your property to any of my clients now that I see the condition of them. I used to work in the vacation home cleaning business and that home was not up to anyone’s standards.

loved it
We enjoyed our stay will return again. Everything was great. Disney was easy to get to, but go to Walmart early in the morning it is less busy.
