GODETEVI QUESTO PULIRE CASA TUTTO L'ANNO. Esperienza splendida vista da questo 2300 sq. Ft. Completamente riscaldato / aria condizionata, 5 camere da letto casa paradiso per le vacanze. Situato su 100 piedi di spiaggia sabbiosa. Godetevi questa 300 acri tutti gli sport, molto pulito, naturale primavera lago alimentato. Prendere in bella vista da un enorme terrazzo 2 livelli con vista sul lago. Grande cortile recintato con un pozzo del fuoco per tutta la famiglia di godere. Godetevi tranquille serate accanto ad un camino a legna accogliente. Tutte le camere possono ospitare 3 o 4 persone con una grande cucina e soggiorno che si affaccia sul lago. House ha premium via satellite, 55 'grande schermo TV, microonde, macchina caffè, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, frigorifero e una full size gamma di GE. Newer 4 fuochi griglia del propano. Grande lago per la pesca, campi da golf, parchi naturali, CASINO, meleti, percorsi in motoslitta e le stazioni sciistiche nelle vicinanze. Tutte le lenzuola e asciugamani forniti o portare il proprio. Una volta siete stati qui si voglia di tornare

Attività :: 2 stazioni sciistiche, casinò e molte aziende agricole di mele e frutti di bosco che circonda nell'offerta zona di prelievo, oppure è possibile acquistare raccolti di frutta fresca. Godetevi una partita di golf in molti corsi pubblici a breve distanza in auto. Visita Yankee Parco Riserva Naturale, musei e altri laghi nelle vicinanze.

Family Gathering

Our large extended family stayed here for the second time. We first stayed in 2020 and again in 2023. Yard is great for the kids and spacious. Lots of water toys/floats are provided and the kids love jumping off the jump dock. Swimming is nice but becomes filled with seaweed at the end of the dock. We take out boat down to the swimming area at the north end and the kids love it, or father into the lake so you can't touch the seaweed. It's a fairly quiet lake for an all sports lake. Lots of room to spread out on the lake and still feel by yourself. House is spacious for sleeping, beds, the floor or extra mattresses provided in the closets. The house is nothing fancy but were here to spend time together so we don't need many amenities. Although the kitchen is lacking in silverware and cooking utensils, but we made it through. For the price of this house, it is great. It could definitely use a deep cleaning and some better shower heads but it is roomy enough to not be on top of each other. Lots of seating provided inside and outside. We unfortunately were subject to theft (some fishing items taken off our boat), but that obviously is no fault of Goran, just be sure to lock up your things as we, being on vacation, were much more laid back and were not considering that even an option. Overall, we always have had a great time and hope to return soon! We are hoping to be able to stay again.

Wonderful lakefront for family get together

Other than a few issues this house is perfect for spending time together. (The uneven floors and stairs resulted in a couple bad falls, and the wasps just outside the door resulted in a few people being stung.) Plenty of rooms, beds, couches, towels, dishes and supplies! We plan on gathering there again next year!

Worked great

Overall, property worked great. The lake was nice and clean. Kids caught some fish and the beach was perfect for the kids. House is dated and is showing signs of age but we only needed it to sleep so no big deal. Highly recommend for families.

Memories Made!

The cottage was very spacious and in the perfect location on the lake. We took both our small dogs, and the entire place had wood floors and a fenced in yard which was great. They explored the entire time! The owner was very receptive to any questions we had. We did rent a pontoon boat for the week not the owners. The lake is very clean and not busy at all. The beach area was perfect and clean. The Wi-Fi was not really strong which was fine. It made the kids play and not be on their phones the whole time. We took board games, badminton net,volleyballs, a float for the pond, and several beach towels. We planned all our meals and did a Walmart pick up in Hastings, which is only about 15 minutes away. The neighbors were very friendly. The kids fished and there was a bass tournament on the lake while we were there which they thought was really cool. We drove our boat to the deep End of the end of lake and went swimming everyday. We had a fire every night. Items I recommend you pack; beach towels,speaker, paper products, extra laundry detergent, sunscreen bug, spray, (the washer and dryer are great) any spices you will need, baggies, Things I wish the house had, Rubbermaid containers, and a cookie sheet. Other than that this is a great space…it’s a cottage, if you want luxury this is not the place. If you want to relax and be outdoors rent this property.

Perfect

If you're looking to rent a cottage on a lake to do some boating, fishing, and water sports with your family and extended family & friends, Goran's place is perfect! It's on a beautiful all-sports lake, with a great view. The cottage, with its huge deck, has the perfect layout for hosting larger gatherings. The bedrooms are roomy, all with true queens, a couple had an additional single in the room, and there were mattresses that could be thrown if necessary. Additionally, there is a nice big living room with four couches and plenty of floor space for kids to throw a sleeping bag and watch movies at night. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. There were ample rags and towels in the bathroom. There was plenty of silverware and dinnerware for the occasion you don't want to use paper (cooking steaks). We were delighted to see the pantry, closets and shelves empty when we arrived. It made unpacking very easy. It's an older cottage and with that comes some wear and tear, but the HUGE plus side to that is that you can relax and not worry as much. There are no expensive lamps, priceless vases, or one-of-a-kind paintings for the kids to ruin at Goran's place. All-in-all Goran seems to understand what people are trying to do when they rent a cottage on a lake and has his set up such that it's very easy to make it work for you for a week or two while you have some fun on the lake.

This is a quiet community nesteled in the woods. I fell in love with the lake and the nature while vacationing for many years at my friends house on the same lake.

No hustle and bustle with overcrowding on the lake. All sports lake. Huge (100X200 ft) fenced in yard facing the lake. Over sized deck. House has separation of bedrooms for quit time for the little ones. All amenities of your own home.
