Questa proprietà è ben tenuto, altamente nominato, con nuova moquette, cucina vernice ardesia e l'ingresso e recuperato pavimenti in legno in salotto -semplicemente bella

Arapahoe lodge si trova nel mezzo dell'azione a River Run Village. Questa bellissima proprietà si trova nel centro della città e una breve 100 metri a piedi dalla Gondola e impianti di risalita; si tratta di una posizione privilegiata. Parcheggio sotterraneo, collegato alla piscina condominiale, l'unico lodge con un negozio minimarket e liquori collegato al lodge con il lupo roccia Taverna di seguito, e un sacco di shopping alla porta d'ingresso rendono questo resort famiglia fantasia. Ci sono un sacco di cose da fare a pochi passi di ottenere un caffè da Starbucks o Inxspot a un sacco di ottimi ristoranti come Lupo Roccia Tavern, The Spoon Cafe, di Jay Patio Cafe, Occhi Parrot, pizza on the Run, Paisano di o Kickapoo Tavern. Al centro del fiume Run Village è un firepit per i bambini a fare smores o pattinare sul lago ghiacciato enorme (il più grande lago naturale che è mancured in Nord America) in Lakeside Village. Non dimenticate che Keystone offre sci esclusivo notte e c'è anche una collina tubing per divertimento. Benvenuti a casa.

La nostra proprietà imposta come segue: Una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size log e TV a schermo piatto e di nuovo tappeto. C'è anche un divano letto che dorme due su un sistema matrimoniale materasso garantita, molto confortevole, così come un letto Murphy che è una regina. Un bel bagno grande open e una zona bagno padronale e maestro seduta. In definitiva questa proprietà 6 posti letto comodamente. Questa struttura a 1 letto 2 bagno è in realtà più grande di proprietà camera da letto due standard in River Run Village e il soggiorno e zona pranzo beneficio dallo spazio. Gli spazi abitativi nella proprietà di dimensioni più sono anche molto più grandi di quelli di una proprietà standard due letti due bagni.

Questa proprietà è ben tenuto, altamente nominato, con nuova moquette, vernice ardesia cucina e l'ingresso e pavimenti in legno di recupero in salotto -semplicemente bella .. TV a schermo piatto e DVD Player. Ottima posizione e vicino alle piste. La struttura, dorme come un due camere da letto con il prezzo di una camera da letto, più !! Una casa con tutti i lussi e poi alcuni - macchina da caffè, ampia sala da pranzo ware, tutti gli utensili, nuovi mobili. Soffitti alti creano un'atmosfera aperta e grande per questo una camera da letto di 900 metri quadrati di proprietà. Vi sentirete come a casa e sarete felici.

Great location, Condo needs some improvements

We've stayed at Arapahoe Lodge several times because it is a great location. This condo was our least favorite. It needs a deep cleaning! There was dust on everything and the carpet and rugs are old, stained and definitely need replacing. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. You can't turn the light on in the bathroom without the heat lamp coming on, so you're sweating while getting ready. We did enjoy the gas fireplace which is very easy to turn on. Overall, the condo felt dirty.

Great Location, but the unit and the management company not so much!!

The Arapahoe Lodge is a great location, close to the ski school and River Run Gondola, close to all restaurants. The unit itself is pretty tired and in need of some updates. The carpet is very dirty and needs to be replaced, the bathrooms need a deep cleaning and just patching/painting the walls would make this place a whole lot better.

Now onto the management company, do your research before booking through the management company. You won't find many positive reviews (their five star Google reviews are from three different employees each of whom I talked to). My family stayed in this unit for five nights and after checking out were told by the management company that they were charging us for damage done to the TV in the master bedroom. We were told that we broke the TV. The management company started by saying the TV mount was coming off the wall and then upgraded the damage to being broken and needing to be replaced. Fortunately, my wife took a picture shortly after we checked in, that showed the TV mount pulling away from the wall. The management company also sent me a picture of the TV working after we checked out... Not sure how we broke it if it was working after we left.

In general, the TVs in the unit were both very old and hard to work. The TV in the main living space had to be reconnected to the cable box to get it to work. It looked like someone had connected a go pro or something. The TV in the guest bedroom didn't have a working remote, had to power on/off and change volume by hand.

If you read the last review for this property (Nov 2017), we stayed there shortly after her (Dec 2017) and everything she said was true.

Risposta del proprietario: Be careful who you listen to, and if you are an owner do not rent to this person. We have blacklisted him for damages in this beautiful unit. He ripped a TV off the wall and the owner was in before and right after him so it was not another guest. He says he saw it but did not call it in! The owner says it was not that way when he left. They left the unit is horrible condition and it took housekeeping many extra hours to get it into shape. It seems the bad renters always have time to post!!

Disappointed in unit

The only good thing about this unit was it's location and the beds were comfortable. Getting what we needed from the rental agency was a pain....we did get emailed instructions, but did not realize the place was not on the resort property and had to have our shuttle drive us back into Dillon. After that finally got resolved, we got to the unit and the door code would not work. I called 4 times and someone finally answered and said they were sorry, they forgot to unlock it on their end. So that was fun standing in the hall after a full day of travel with two young kids that had to go to the bathroom. Once we got in and turned on the lights, we were sooooo disappointed. The rugs are disgustingly dirty and so was the carpet in the master. We had to wear socks the entire time. The bathrooms are outdated and so is the kitchen. There is old dirt caked on the trim in the bathrooms and in the grout in the tile in the shower. Shower curtain was ripped. There was a load of clean dishes that looked like some kids played a game of how much crap they could cram in there. The smoke alarm was sitting on the mantle and the wires were dangling from the ceiling. The TV IN THE DEN did not work. The TV in the bedroom worked, but was extremely difficult to figure out and the remote didn't work. There are some chairs in the bedroom that I refused to sit in, they were old and dingy. Also it was so hot we had to sleep with windows and back porch door open even after spending forever trying to get the AC to come on. The fan that was in the floor was a million years old and gross. We will never stay in this unit again. I have stayed in units through VRBO many times and have never left a negative review. This place was just gross.

Risposta del proprietario: I am so shocked. This is a highly upgraded unit with all new furniture a $20K wood floor (minimal carpet - which is two years old) New paint and more. There are several emails that go out about stopping at the office for keys, with the office address and that is also in the APP. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances and a new slate floor. Look at the pictures it and the bathrooms are not outdated? All the TV's work perfectly, we went back up to check them? The guest was attempting to check in before 4pm so the web based lock had not released their code to work yet. We hit a button on our side and the lock was open inside of 10 seconds and we set their code to work early. So they were able to use the property several hours before the standard check in. I believe the issue here is the lack of reading directions and not the unit, as it is a beautiful, clean and highly appointed property. The shower curtain is not ripped? There is no AC in Summit County because it is never that hot - there are several fans in the master closet however. I personally walked this unit to make sure everything was 100% and none of these issues were there. I am honestly not sure were any of this is coming from. I looked up their profile and as of this review, they have 1 review they have placed on Homeaway and it is this one, so unfortunately another lie. I am very disappointed that guests write reviews that are simply not true, but what can you do.

Perfect location....exactly what I was looking for

Our 2 teenagers , never have seen snow, kids had a great time. Therefore so did my husband and I. The location is perfect and made the logistics of all super smooth. Highly recommend.
