Super spazioso piano piano casual con soggiorno aperto, sala da pranzo e cucina - così grande per intrattenere. Decking per esterni a bizzeffe che offre una vista limitata sull'oceano. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia sulla comunità comoda passerella.

Il proprietario ha fornito tutti i comfort di casa tra cui più biciclette, sedie a sdraio, giocattoli di sabbia, tavolo da ping pong, Wi-Fi e sistema di videogiochi con giochi. C'è un futon extra nell'area den.

Wonderful property

This was our first time at this property and our first time using VRBO. The property was excellent. It was steps away from the beach and had so many amenities that they provided for us to use. The house was a great size and had plenty of space. I would highly recommend!

Great location. Plenty of space. Only issue was mattresses were too soft… but that is a personal preference. Great beach house overall.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful place to stay especially if you’re looking for the perfect place for your family. A beautiful quiet cozy place! We enjoyed every minute we had, if I could go back I’d pick this place again in a heartbeat!! Not to mention the 2 mins private walk to the beach. I miss this place so much it will forever have a place in our hearts!

Great location, just a little bit dated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked this house for a family reunion of 11 for its incredible location practically on the beach and walking distance to pier, and we were not disappointed. The location was perfect, and the number of rooms worked well for us too. We also loved the decks for the views and being able to find a shady spot any time of day. Where this property lost a star, in our opinion, was cleanliness and age. In this price range we expected more. It needs new paint in the entire interior. For instance, the entire staircase wall has gray streaks and smudges, no doubt from kids running up and down. The beds and bedding were average, and the fact that we had to make our own beds out of the shrink-wrapped packages was a bit annoying. Yes, you got to see that way that they were clean, but one should be able to assume that in any case. Also, not having a king size bed in the owner's bedroom felt a bit undersized, as it is easily big enough to accommodate it. Whereas the bunk room is very small and cramped, even though it sleeps four. All in all the house is well stocked, which is great, but it feels like it hasn't been updated in the last 15 years. On our first night, we found a colony of ants in the kitchen. They were simply everywhere. We did alert the landlord and they did offer to bring in pest control, but who wants to have the house sprayed while they're staying there? A discount would have been more appropriate, but was declined. If you want a luxury home, don't come here. If you just want a big family home and have a lot of kids with you, it's probably well suited.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Quiet, but not far to town by bikes (which were provided). We stayed before in2015 and enjoyed just as much again this year.Shower heads could use updating and the bed in the main floorbedroom is beyond firm, not comfortable at all.Overal, we had a wonderful time with family from out-of-town and enjoyed the beautiful weather, especially the balmy beach breezes on the decks.The direct path to the beach made it so easy to enjoy the beach from early morning swims to late night walks. Inside, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans ( a potato peeler would be nice) and the kids found lots of games to play and movies to watch. One of the best places we’ve stayed in our 16-year family tradition of spending a summer week at WB thru Bryant RealEstate!
