Situato fuori dalla strada principale (Bay Street) proprio sull'acqua a Delaporte Point. Tranquilla gated community con parcheggio privato e tutto il necessario per una fuga in paradiso. A soli 10 minuti dall'aeroporto ea circa 15 minuti dal centro di Nassau. Supermercato e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Appena fuori dal cancello di sicurezza si trova il ristorante The Poop Deck e Blue Sail. Dall'altra parte della strada troverete negozi, centri benessere, ristoranti, palestra e molto altro

Casa completamente attrezzata con biancheria, necessità cucina, lavanderia ecc. Aria condizionata in tutta la casa. La cucina si apre con un bar per la colazione sul soggiorno. Fuori dal soggiorno si ha un patio privato chiuso parzialmente coperto con vista sull'oceano. Ideale per barbecue (barbecue sempre disponibile). WiFi e TV via cavo nel soggiorno ti tengono connesso, se vuoi essere! Appena fuori dal patio siete a soli 10 passi dalla piscina orientale, dall'oceano e dal molo. Sul lato ovest della proprietà è presente una seconda piscina.

Al piano superiore hai 3 camere da letto (tutte le finestre sicure per uragani installate di recente). Una camera da letto king size con vista sulla piscina e sull'oceano e attraverso la hall 2 letti singoli con vista sull'oceano verso ovest. Un sacco di spazio armadio in tutte le camere. Il bagno ha vasca / doccia, 2 lavandini e un sacco di spazio. Al terzo piano si ha una spettacolare vista sull'oceano del molo e della piscina con il proprio balcone privato. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino, un letto intagliato a mano e un bagno e un armadio spaziosi. Entrambi i bagni hanno asciugacapelli disponibili. Su richiesta è disponibile anche un pacchetto per neonati / bambini e lettino per bambini.

Atlantis su Paradise Island è appena oltre il centro di Nassau (a circa 20 minuti di distanza). Tennis, sport acquatici, golf sono tutti disponibili a Cable Beach e Paradise Island. Hai anche giardini Ardastra e altri siti locali da visitare ed esplorare.

Great location

I used this property with my wife and children aged 4-9. The beach that can be reached on foot is very clean and quiet. Property security is perfect and secure. It is in a very convenient location, close to the airport. The facilities such as cooking utensils were sufficient and it was very comfortable. The property is a bit old and was bitten by a tick while sleeping

Needs some TLC

This home is in an amazing location. The beach is steps away and absolutely beautiful. The pool that was promised in the pictures was under construction, which we were not made aware of prior to our visit, so that was a bit disappointing. In fairness, the property has a second pool that was serviceable, but it is on the shady side of the property, and thus was not warm enough to swim in. This house has great potential to be an amazing vacation home, if only it received some much needed TLC. On our first day there, we discovered that the Wi-Fi, hot water heater and air conditioner were not working. Luckily the property manager, Barbara, was extremely responsive, and by Day 2, the hot water was fixed. Again, through the diligence of Barbara, the Wi-Fi was fixed on Day 3. On Day 5, the broken air conditioner started leaking water through the ceiling into the living room, and we had to put a bucket and towels beneath to catch the water. Unfortunately, this happened on a rainy day, and we were stuck inside the hot house all day while the repair men worked to fix the issue. Luckily, we were there in December, not the middle of the summer, and not having air conditioning was only uncomfortable, not completely unbearable. In addition to these major issues, the house also needs some repairs and deep cleaning. For example, there are steep stairs, and the rail was not affixed correctly. Our six-year-old son even fell down the stairs because he was afraid to use the broken rail. The sliding doors were extremely difficult to open and close, and the large screen door at the back of the house would not remain on the tracks. Additionally, there was mold or mildew within the house and on both shower curtains, and our allergen-sensitive kids had stuffy noses while inside. Finally, one of the bathroom sinks in the upstairs did not drain properly. For the cost of renting this residence, it only seems right that the owner address the many issues and provide ongoing maintenance that is lacking.

our recent stay

The outdoor patio was nice, the living room furniture was not very comfortable and not enough seating for 4 adults. The unit was well stocked, but everything was very old and used. (need some new pots and pans and utensils) The lighting was poor and there was several lights that needed new light bulbs. There were no lights that worked in the downstairs bathroom. Location was good, enjoyed being close to the water. On site manager was helpful and responsive.

Great location in Nassau

The best thing about this place is the location. Ocean views, short walk to beach, walking distance to good restaurants and a grocery store. (Although I would recommend having a car to carry the 5 gallon water bottles for pure water, pretty much standard in Nassau.) Close enough to downtown to get there easily but out of the cruise ship crowds. AC works fine. Very safe, gated community. the place is spacious. however, I would have to say it is in need of an update. the kitchen and bathrooms are pretty dated. We initially had quite a few minor problems. (A bannister on the stairs fell off; some lights did not work; a window would not open. Screen to the patio worked badly.) However, I will say that the owner and her manager (Barbara) worked hard to fix everything as soon as possible, and were very responsive. Prices are high in nassau and this place is probably reasonable all in all. I know we could have found a more luxurious place but I am sure it would have cost a lot more.

This property has been in our family for 2 generations. Over the years we have both lived in it and rented it. We manage the unit ourselves and stay in it frequently so we are sure the house is in great condition for our guests. In 2014 we took a break from renting it and used it ourselves and also spent some time there upgrading things, replacing bedding, painting and generally improving the house. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ideal location on the island, right in the middle, very close to the shopping, airport and restaurants. Only 10 minutes from downtown Nassau. We love the privacy of this gated community, which has been a big reason we kept this house for so many years. There is a 24 hour security gate and friendly staff to ensure a safe and fun experience.

House is literally 10 steps from the pool and a further 10 steps to the ocean.
The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably. With advance notice we can arrange for a pack & play cot & high chair for small children.
