Bagni, casa arredata, situato a Rosarito Beach, Baja, MX. 2.400 metri quadrati di casa, luminosa, spaziosa, ariosa e molto pulita, situata a 10 minuti dal centro di Rosarito, a 15 minuti da Puerto Nuevo ea 30 minuti da San Diego, un mondo intero a parte.

• Costruzione moderna, riscaldamento centralizzato, camere ampie e confortevoli con bagni privati che si aprono su un balcone con vista sull'oceano senza ostacoli.

* Posti letto 6-8 persone. Letti: un re, una regina, un rotelle e due letti singoli. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani forniti.

* Un confortevole soggiorno e sala da pranzo che si aprono su un'enorme terrazza di sicurezza in vetro chiusa con una griglia a gas per un barbecue e margarita mentre vi godete tramonti mozzafiato e balene migranti o una calda notte sotto le stelle.

* Cucine moderne molto grandi con banconi piastrellati e vetrine. stoviglie e tutti gli elettrodomestici, compresi lavatrice e asciugatrice.

* Un box auto con posto auto per altre due auto dietro le porte.

* Un patio posteriore con tavolo picknic, giardini a terrazze con palme e rose.

* Una recinzione in blocchi di cemento con doppie porte di sicurezza in ferro circonda l'intera proprietà. Un quartiere carino, tranquillo e sicuro con persone amichevoli.

Così tanto da fare !!: Immergiti nelle grotte rocciose del mare o visita la buca vicino a Ensenada. Appena a nord, visita il centro benessere e il campo da golf a 18 buche di classe mondiale con viste spettacolari sull'oceano al Real del Mar. Puoi anche andare a cavallo lungo la spiaggia o attraverso le colline o fare il bagno di sabbia sulla spiaggia. Puoi bar-hop per le migliori birre messicane, ballare tutta la notte al Papas N Beers o Iggy o goderti uno spettacolo serale nei fine settimana. Charlie's Place, il ritrovo locale è due miglia a sud. Il cibo è buono, non costoso e hanno balli e karaoke ... che esplosione! Il famoso villaggio di aragosta di Puerto Nuevo si trova a poche miglia a sud della zona. Vai a sud verso Ensenada e la bellissima regione vinicola o vai al mercato del pesce in centro e acquista un sacco di pesci, poi attraversa la strada e dai da mangiare ai pellicani e ai leoni marini, goditi la specialità della Baja California, l'aragosta preparata in molti deliziosi modi.
La città di San Diego, in California, è vicina a un aeroporto internazionale e ad attrazioni famose come Seaworld, Padres, i teatri e il famoso zoo di San Diego.

Beautiful beach house. Ocean views are spectacular

What an amazing experience our church sisters and I had. This home is so relaxing. Ocean views are amazing. Clean, quite, bright and oh so spacious is some of the many great features of this home. Our annual woman's retreat was amazing. This home allowed our womans retreat the flexibility of teaching our lessons with such a close encounter to nature. Close to Ensenada, La Bufadora and right next door to Rosarito. The owner's are great people. So friendly and helpful. Definitely using this home on other occasions and family vacations. Thank you Ms. Alicia and Nancy for such a great home and experience.

The property is well maintained and the owners are great hosts.

We enjoyed staying at the property and were very pleased at how well the owners provide oversight and support for the property. We also found them to be very interesting and friendly people.

Great!

For us the location was perfect. The house was safe and secure plus the house came with a garage which we needed to store some equipment. Nancy was very accommodating, and we loved everything about our stay. 5 stars, thank you.

Only one word: great!

Beautiful house with splendid ocean view! The owner, Ms. Nancy is very nice and had given us a lot of touring suggestions with details. We almost followed every one of them and we enjoyed every bit of them. All members of our family, from grandparents to kids were very satisfied. Definitely will recommend it to our friends who intend to take a vacation down there!

Nice house - owner live next to the house nice lady - not walking distance to the beach

Nice house, not close the beach you have to use vehicle to go to the beach and pay fee, we paid for cleaning fee ( that means We don't have to clean!!!) we brought our one year granddaughter and she make a little mess and my son come one one night only from 7pm to next day at 12pm and we paid and extra $30 that's ok I didn't plan it, the hot water run off the second day I have to make it run just by turn it on before I remove all the spiders close to that heater any way the house is very nice just the only uncomfortable issue is that the owner live next to the house I never experienced something like that she come inside the house at least two times that not practical. The owner is a very nice lady.

We love to have visitors stay with us, especially to learn about foreign lands and other states. We are a mother and daughter team. The mom is from Colombia, an ex-teacher and social worker now retired. She loves music and painting as a hobby. The daughter is an expert Photo Retoucher. She has a sense of humor and a great personality. We both enjoy the perfect weather all year round and visiting the typical places in the area :
CHARLIE'S PLACE: The hangout for locals with really good, inexpensive food and drinks, ... best place to chill and have a beer in the afternoon or dance and sing Karaoke in the eve ... just two miles south.
IGGYS and PAPAS & BEER'' is about 10 minutes from the community and located right on the sandy beach. This club is fairly large, bright and airy it offers sand VOLLEYBALL as well as other entertainment and food.

HORSEBACK RIDING is available for rentalon the BEACH. Also, Go Cars is is available for rental across the street .
- Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Movie Theater, laser tag, restaurants in the Pabellon Mall that is located in Rosarito.

PUERTO NUEVO LOBSTER VILLAGE:
The best known lobster village is located about 8 miles south. Puerto Nuevo-style lobster has been a phenomenon since 1956. Today, Puerto Nuevo boasts more than 35 side-by-side restaurants that all sell -- fried lobster, beans, rice, BIG flour tortillas, guacamole, chips and salsa. Amazing for your taste !!

BAJA A GREAT PLACE TO GOLF!!!
Golf Courses-Bajamar located about 35 minutes to the South, some holes are beside the rocky beach with a incredible ocean view.
Real del Mar are 15 minutes to the north by scenic road.

This club is fairly large, bright and airy it offers sand VOLLEYBALL as well as other entertainment and food.

HORSEBACK RIDING is available for rental on the BEACH. Also, Go Cars is is available for rental across the street .
