It is all about location. Beautiful two bedroom cottage only 200 feet from the ocean with 2 car off-street parking!

Enjoy the beach! Miniature golf is nearby. Go crabbing right off the dock in Lavallette. During the day rent a boat and fish Barnegat Bay. Rent a jet ski or scooter and have a blast! Nightlife nearby in Ortley and Seaside Heights. Family-friendly Jenkinsen's boardwalk with rides and games only 15 minutes away in Point Pleasant. Play tennis at the park. Adult fun in Atlantic City only 1 hour away!

Had the best weather

This was our third stay. We had the very best time! We love this beachhouse! It is perfect for us, cozy and steps from the beach! We cant wait to go back! Thank you Andrew and Suzanne. We made some beautiful memories!

Loved being close to the Beach

We have been coming to Lavallette for 5 years. Location and house was perfect. Communication with host and check in process was great. Very close to the beach and walkable to restaurants/ shops. AC worked well. Everything we love about the Lavallette cottages. Would love to stay again.

Great getaway down the shore!

It as an awesome stay. You can’t beat the location. It’s 3 houses down from the ocean. The house is perfect if you are a beach bum looking to spend the whole day at the beach and just need a place to shower & sleep. If I had to complain I’d say ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be nice to help airflow so you can sleep with doors closed and the home needs some maintenance. For instance, the grill grates have some rust so you can’t use all the grates. But this place is really all you need when you plan to be at the beach all day. I would stay here again. Suzanne & Andrew were great hosts!

Great stay

Our family of 4 stayed for a week. We are veterans of the area and grew up visiting and staying in Lavallette. The location is perfect and we were very happy. We didn’t want our vacation to end. Other reviews about the air conditioner I think are a bit exaggerating, we slept very comfortably and I am a “hot” sleeper. All our needs were met and the owners are easy and respond promptly with questions we had before the trip. I hope we can stay here again for many years to come. Cheers!

Close as you can get to the beach

Stones throw to the beach. Cute little beach house. Had almost everything we needed. Hosts are very nice. Would definately return another year.

My family had been coming to this same beach for over 30 years when my husband and I had the opportunity to purchase this cottage 18 years ago. We love the beach and the family-friendly Ocean Beach Surf Club U1 community. We raised 2 kids coming here over the summer. We hope you love our beach as much as we do!

The residential community is very friendly. The beach is never very crowded. Being so close to the beach the kids are able to run back and forth to the house on their own.
