Historic Hillside Cottage con vista sull'oceano espansiva

Questo incantatore di collina è arroccato appena sopra lo Stinson Beach Village e dietro l'angolo dal Stinson Beach Market. Questo cottage presenta porte a soffietto in vetro dal pavimento al soffitto per una vita interna / esterna. Il cottage ha una gamma di gas e ha una cucina completamente attrezzata. C'è la connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità, una TV HD a schermo piatto con Direct TV e un grande ponte con barbecue a gas. Oltre al letto matrimoniale, l'unità ha un divano letto che può ospitare uno o due bambini piccoli. Questo divano non è comodo per gli adulti. Si tratta di uno dei due cottage affiancati che possono essere affittati singolarmente o insieme con uno sconto (informarsi per le tariffe). I cottage condividono un ponte continuo (diviso da un cancello scorrevole) con vista panoramica sull'oceano. Grill a gas. Siete pregati di notare che alla proprietà si accede da una scala abbastanza lunga sul fianco della collina e si accede all'ingresso del cottage accanto (n. 6) passando attraverso il ponte anteriore di questo cottage (n. 5). Great location, love the open air features

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I visited this property, for the 2nd time, for a friends hiking weekend. The space is perfect for 2, with maybe even the addition of a child. It is very easy to walk to the store, the hiking trails, and restaurants. I love that the whole front of the house basically opens-- with folding windows on a slider. There wers some lightbulbs out, and we needed to buy batteries for the battery-operated (very pretty!) candle. Though I am sure that they are very difficult to maintain in the ocean climate, I feel like the outdoor furniture and cushions could use some rehab. Overall, the location and comfort was great.

Peaceful view towards the ocean through the opened wall of windows. Great room was spacious, well supplied kitchen. Large rainfall shower with good water pressure. However, there is no storage for clothing, so we lived out of suitcases for the 5 days we were there. It met our needs.

Great cottage!

The cottage was the perfect size for 2! Great views of the town. You can hear the ocean from the deck! Kitchen was stocked well with appliances and spices/essentials. It was a trek up and down the stairs anytime you wanted to leave the cottage. Parking was difficult most of the time, but honestly your within walking distance (down a hill) to restaurants, shops and the beach. It had a heater for the cold nights. No AC but with the windows open it was very comfortable during the hottest times of the day.

Incredible Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very convenient with expansive views of the ocean and the hills. For the cost I would have expected a little more on the inside. The sofa and sofa pillows were dirty/stained and in need of cleaning. The sofa bed was awful. The deck furniture was dirty/stained and in desperate need of cleaning. The deck could use a powerwash. Many of the dishes were sticky from the open shelving and not having been washed. There were no extra blankets for the sofa bed. The bed in the bedroom could use an update as well. It just seemed that everything needed an update. Kathy in the rental office was wonderful. When the nano doors didn't quite work she had Pine Tree, the handyman come and take a look and he got them to open for us. The customer service was great.It was a great unit to sit on the deck and people watch for sure. The full time neighbors were awesome! We actually had a drink next door one night with them. Super kind and generous people.I'd love to stay again but would need the place to be in better shape.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love staying here - however couch is looking dirty and outdoor furniture needs power washing. The TV goes on/off and flips what is on the screen randomly. This happens throughout day and night. Rental company tried to fix but was unsuccessful so we unplugged it.
