Vienna Vacation with Kids
The location of the apartment was very quiet and nice. Restaurants were in walking distance (If you like tapas, we recommend Lola’s across the street!) Thomas met us at the apartment, showed us around, and gave us helpful tips about where to go and how to navigate around the city. The underground train and tram was a 3-5 minute walk. Air conditioning is a plus! Overall, the apartment was clean, quiet, and the perfect location to get around the city by public transportation. We’ve stayed in many short term rentals and this one is high on our list!

nous avons sejourné 4 jours dans cet appartement qui correspond tout a fait aux photos et a la description . Tres agreable, grand et bien situé pour pouvoir visiter a pied les principaux sites tourstiques.

A most comfortable, clean and spacious 2br 2 bathroom centrally-located apartment
All communications leading up to our arrival went without a hitch. I was able to telephone Thomas about our delayed arrival and he was waiting for us in the apartment and came down to help us with our oversized luggage up the few steps to the lift and to show us around and explain how everything worked.As our friends from London were due to arrive late that evening and we needed to get provisions before the supermarkets closed at 6pm, Thomas accompanied us personally to one of the supermarkets and thanks to him we were able to shop in 15 minutes. Thomas even helped us carry our groceries back to the apartment and book at a neighborhood restaurant for dinner. He also arranged for a fixed-fee taxi to the airport upon our departure. Although the living/dining room is very spacious, it has a cosy feel and very comfortable sofas. The IKEA central lamp in the photo has been replaced with an elegant crystal chandelier. The TV has an excellent selection of channels and the stereo is of good quality.Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds and there are ample cupboards and wardrobes.One of the lavatories is some distance from the bedrooms and closer to the entrance.The kitchen is well-equipped with a nespresso machine but is hardly a "designer kitchen". One of the many advantages about the apartment was that everything was in functioning order. The apartment is five minutes walk to the underground station and tram and a leisurely twenty minutes walk to the Old City... John
Great location to U bahn and amenities.
Very nice spacious apartment for 4 adults. Our host was great to spend so much time acquainting us to the area. Loved it!
Large modern apartment within the ring in Vienna.
We received excellent service from Christopher Gasser. We were met at the apartment, on time, and given a tour. There were 4 of us, couple, 18 year old daughter, and elderly mother-in-law. There are a few steps up to the elevator, everything else is flat. It is very clean and safe, and quiet in this neighborhood. We were 1 1/2 blocks to the tram, to the underground, to the buses, to the grocery store, the pharmacy, to local restaurants. There is plenty of space, so everyone could relax in their own room. We stayed for 2 weeks.We travelled to Salzburg and to Eisenstadt and to many excursions close to Vienna.
Very nice apartment
The apartment was in a very nice area. Restaurants lined the block. 15-20 minute walk to a lot of attractions. Metro was close by. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable. The building had an elevator as the apt was on the third floor
Il nostro 'Apartments Am Ring e il nostro' appartamento su Park 'si trova proprio nel cuore della vecchia Vienna. Si trova in una casa storica che è stato ampiamente modernizzato senza l'atmosfera unica della casa da perdere.
Cattedrale e pedonali dello shopping per le strade di Santo Stefano di Graben, Kohlmarkt e Kärntnerstrasse sono nelle immediate vicinanze e facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Un ottimo collegamento con la rete di trasporto pubblico è data sul punto fermata della metropolitana di Schottenring, che si trova a circa 50 metri di distanza, sulla tangenziale / angolo Franz Josefs Kai.
Il supermercato più vicino si trova in diagonale vis-à-vis. Una varietà di ristoranti di ogni genere è altrettanto buono e facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
