Great for a crowd

We had a wonderful time. The view is fantastic. There are a few important things to note - no downstairs toilet is a bit of a letdown for those sleeping downstairs as the stairs are not easily negotiated at night. The house in general is looking a bit tired and could really do with an overall tidy up and deep clean. That aside the space was ideal for us and the host easy to communicate with. We would definitely book this house again.

Was good for what we needed

For the size of our group (11) the size of the property was perfect. View was gorgeous of the lake. The staircase was dangerous and if I had saw photos of it prior to booking it would of definitely impacted my decision of staying there as we did travel with young children and a 2 year old. They do supply a baby gate which eased my concerns for our stay a little bit but I advise to enter from the deck with your belongings and not from the bottom floor as it is a very narrow spiral staircase. The bins outside were full of past guest rubbish including boxes of beer bottles beside them, but bin collection day was mid week so that may have been the case as why it was still there. The king bed in the master bedroom is a mattress on the ground with a frame around it was a surprise. The driveway could of been trimmed back as the small bushes and plants made it hard to bring our vehicles in and all 3 were quite scratched after having to continuously needing to be coming and going as we were there for a sports event throughout a week. But other than all that our stay was pleasant. Just a wee bit disappointed with the price and simple little things can ruin it. But great for large groups of teenagers to adults but don't recommend for young children.

Great location and good for a large group

We enjoyed our stay, great communication with the host and the property manager. Close to all fun activities around rotorua 😊, house is very spacious, child friendly too. Only concerned are the lights in the toilet but overall it was great.would like to stay here again 😊

Great memories

I want to give my appreciation for having an opportunity to stay at this property. We had a wonderful time there and our Whānau were very happy and we were able to build some memories for my nephew's birthday. Thank you for letting us stay.
