This lovely apartment is found in a historic building dated from 1913 just around the corner from the famous Trevi fountain, a few seconds walk! It can host up to 3 people and is the perfect place for those seeking a comfortable stay in the very heart of Rome!

The apartment is 70 metres (or 200 feet) away from the Trevi Fountain, a 8 minute walk from the Pantheon, 12 minute walk from Piazza Navona, 10 minutes from the Fori Imperiali, 20 minutes from the Colosseum, and so many more sightseeing spots and museums that it is impossible to list them here! And surrounded by local restaurants, cafes, wine bars, shops and supermarkets! You will never need a taxi or public transportation during your stay!!

The apartment features one double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bathtub/shower), and a large living room with a big double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for four people, a washing machine, and a TV. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available in all rooms. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

There are certain house rules that guests should adhere to, including paying a tourist tax (charged by the municipality) in cash, in the amount of 3.5€ per person (children under 10 years of age are not charged) per night (for a maximum of 10 nights) upon arrival.
Guests should be considerate of the neighbors avoiding excessive noises, especially during quiet hours.
Please remember to bring the keys with you and lock the doors when you leave the apartment and be careful when opening the doors without forcing the keys in the locks to avoid breakage. In the event of any damage to the keys or doors you will be charged, as well as if you lose any keys.
Please be mindful of our planet: turn off all electrical household appliances (i.e. air conditioning, tv, lights, etc.) when leaving the apartment, to prevent accidents as well; please separate and dispose of your waste and recycling as instructed by the check-in agent.

Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm, and late check-in fees are charged in cash for arrivals after 8 pm for any reason (8pm - 10pm = €25; 10pm - 12am = € 35; after midnight = €40 + €10 for each extra hour). Guests may store their luggage in the apartment before check-in time, but early check-ins are not allowed. Checkout is until 10 am, and late check-out is subject to the owner's approval (contact the owner to verify whether a late check-out is possible).

A check-in agent will welcome guests, explain the apartment's features, and they will be available in case of emergencies or special needs. Guests are required to send a text message before their arrival to arrange check-in and avoid wait time (for you and the check-in agent).

Didn’t get to stay there

We unfortunately didn’t get to stay there due to bed bug issues so I cannot speak on this apartment. The host offered a different place and by the time I got the message it was too late to find something else. I was extremely sick and just needed a place to rest so we accepted the alternative location. It was very close to the Vatican City but not in our desired location. The neighborhood was just ok, nothing special. There was no elevator and a lot of steps to haul our luggage up to. The apartment was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed except for napkins and paper towels. The couch is a bit old and worn and could use an upgrade. The second bedroom was tiny and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable but the room was nice. I wouldn’t say it’s suitable for another adult, but more for a child. The master bedroom and bathrooms were very nice. I would recommend the place we stayed at if you want to be close to the Vatican City and are physically able to handle all those stairs. Wish we could’ve stayed at the Trevi fountain apartment but at least they accommodated us and were responsive.

Awesome location but....

Where to begin... The picture of the bathroom is misleading because in reality, there is no bath tub. This image is probably from another condo or out dated. False representation. The drapes were broken so they were hard to close and never fully closed. The toilet seat was dated back 1970 at best and was torn. I mean, its not expensive to change, especially if you're gonna charge 1200+ euros for 5 nights. The shower head needed a serious clean up or a simple change. The walls were full of marks showing years of abuse and poor maintenance. We found a living bed bug The bed for our third kid was possibly less comfortable than a wood pallet. The floors were not the cleanest. Definitely not the best experience on any platform. I suspect the owner of this place to be in the business of making a quick buck rather than actually offering a fair experience to their customers. I have little tolerance when i feel like i've been tricked... Communication was good though.... Location was awesome !!!!!

Amazing location - Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Forum and Colosseum all easily walkable with our kids (age 9 and 11). Apartment is basic but spacious and comfortable and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the Trevi Fountain. Our only disappointment was that the washing machine was not working during our stay.

I’m left in shock, I have never seen worse conditions at an accommodation. We booked 3 nights and had to leave after just one night due to the horrible and unsafe living conditions of the unit. The unit has an infestation of bed bugs as well as multiple other bugs. I had informed the hosts about it and they were dismissive and unhelpful. They had a man who didn’t speak a word of English come in with bug spray and shout at us in Italian. The hosts claimed the bugs were coming in from the windows, even though they were closed and the amount that was around was clearly an infestation. We are very upset as this was an expensive stay for a short period of time, and the hosts completely stopped responding to us and our concerns after the first night. We killed dozens of bugs during our one night stay. On the second night we had to leave and spend more money on a last minute hotel room, as we did not feel safe staying in an apartment with bed bugs everywhere. We also asked for new pillows as they reeked of a moldy smell and this was also ignored. Absolutely disgusted and appalled at this experience and the host’s unprofessional response (which was to dismiss and then ignore us).
