Complete dissapointment
We rented this property hoping for a quiet two week vacation in the mountains as advertised. On day 2 of our stay the next door neighbors began major construction with concrete demolition and removal The noise began at 7:30 every morning and lasted until 4:30 each day. We couldn't even sit outside, sit by the pool and were woken up every morning of our vacation. We reached out to property manager and owners of the house multiple times and they were completely unsympathetic. We asked to be moved or for some sort of discount and they basically said "its an act of god" and basically tough luck. They had known a permit was pulled a few weeks earlier for construction next door and never disclosed this to us. They assumed no responsibility and our vacation was ruined.
The house also is not well maintained. Doors didn't open, there was a hole in the wall in the master bedroom filled with toilet paper, the master bedroom shade did not go up. plus the carpeting was stained The BBQ grill was dirty and the outside furniture is stained/worn, the pool umbrella and some patio furniture is broken/worn and the kitchen is completely beat up. I would not recommend dealing with these owners or staying in this house.
