Questa luminosa e luminosa proprietà situata in una strada senza uscita, con aria centrale, si trova nel porto di Hyannis, nei limiti dell'Associazione Civica. 1/4 miglia di distanza dal Kennedy Compound, 2 spiagge e Hyannis Port Yacht Club, con vista Schoolhouse Pond. È solo 1 1/2 miglia da Hyannis, dove troverete la Tenda Melody, traghetto, aeroporto, ristoranti meravigliosi, mini golf, Main Street e il centro commerciale Cape Cod. Il meglio di due mondi. Viene fornito un PASS SPORCANTE RESIDENZIALE per esplorare tutte le splendide spiagge di Barnstable, tra cui Craigville Beach e Dowses Beach.
La struttura dispone di un cancello recintato da cinquanta piedi e una sala giochi con calcio balilla, biliardo e TV al piano di sotto, perfetto per intrattenere. Al secondo piano si può godere il loft per giochi, film o osservare le stelle dei nostri lucernari. Ha anche una grande doccia esterna perfetta per il risciacquo dopo una bella giornata in spiaggia. Ci sono 4 bagni
1 -5 bagno vicino alla stanza dei giochi.
1-.5 bagno fuori cucina al primo piano
1- bagno completo con doccia e vasca separata e due lavandini (con camera matrimoniale al 1 ° piano)
1 bagno completo con doccia al secondo piano.

Cape Escape

This property is wonderful and the owner is accommodating and so friendly. She left us vases of beautiful flowers around the house and congratulatory champagne and card for our kids who were getting married. House has great layout and living/dining/kitchen/deck area is amazing for large group of family or friends to gather. Loved our stay!!

Beautiful, clean and quiet in Hyannis Port

We had a wonderful stay here last week. Megan the owner was extremely helpful with restaurants, beaches and a great clamming spot. She even helped us out with some clamming gear! The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by well maintained homes. Its about a 5-10 minute walk to the ocean (and the Kennedy compound). There is one beach you could walk to, but not realistic if you are bringing anything other than a towel. We spent most of our beach time at Craigville beach and Long beach. Both an easy 5 minute drive from the house. Craigville Beach has plenty of parking and the house comes with a resident beach parking pass. We found the house to be very clean, well stocked, comfortable and the pool table in the basement was a big hit with our kids. This house is a nice balance of location, privacy and comfort.

Amazing house!

We found the perfect house for our summer vacation. There was enough room for two families to fit comfortably. Our teenage boys really enjoyed their evening walks to the close by beach. Megan was so accommodating, helpful, and responsive. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and dinners on the back deck. We loved trying out all the recommended beaches each day. The house was everything we had hoped it would be and we look forward to returning in the future. Thanks Megan for a great trip!

wow! Terrific house, great location, fab owners!

This house is a fantastic find! The house works for any size family! We have 4 children and there is plenty of room. Everything was clean and the house is very pleasant! There is a wonderful outdoor shower and the layout is greatly functional! There are all the comforts of home available, right down to the lobster pots! The owners anticipated all of our needs and really did go beyond what I expected. They are responsive and available for any questions about the area, and keep the house in top condition. You really need not have any anticipations if you are interested in renting this house! Sincerely, A. Duquette

Home away from Home!

My family and I searched for the perfect house to vacation at in Cape Cod and this house was it! The house was very spacious and clean and was a very short walk to the beach. Megan was very accommodating and answered all of the questions we had regarding places to see, things to do, and excellent food to eat. There were a few nights we wanted to stay in and she had plenty of entertainment in the house such as a pool table, foosball table, and board games. She also had a stack of menus from places we could order from, but we went to the supermarket down the road and just grilled hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill that was out on her gorgeous deck! We had an amazing time and would absolutely rent this house again!
