A house were you would live for a long time. Complete. Nice housekeepers, Heloise and her parents.

We are a Family of 4 with two kids (5 and 7 years old) and had a beautiful Summer holiday during August.

The house is a small and very comfortable place. The space was enough - more than any hotel room - for the four of us and Heloise, the owner who lives nextdoor, is such a warm and lovely person. They have 2 dogs, we really loved - especially the kids.

We would def come again!

Supermarkets and the beach are very close by car.

This is a beautiful place to stay if you want to relax by the pool and eat on the terrace with views over to the surrounding hills. There are homely touches to the cosy cottage and the delightful owner Heloise puts on a welcome spread of cheese and wine on arrival. She is on hand in the nearby house but you also have privacy and space to relax without feeling like you’re being checked up on. Heloise’s communication before our stay was excellent and she provides really clear instructions for finding the place.

The house has everything you need to enjoy the patio and pool and each day the family put up the umbrellas and lay out the sun beds for you! Luxury!

The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked every night. Though worth noting the rather ancient ‘mini oven’ is only just capable of toasting bread, but you do have a microwave and gas hobs.

Perhaps worth noting too there are two lovely and friendly dogs on the property. They will come and great you but won’t bother you. We loved Mani and Google!

A visit to Ericeira, a 10min drive away, is well worth it for chilled out restaurants, bars and a surfing vibe and there are stunning beaches within an easy drive. You can also do a Lisbon day trip from here.

Het huis en de omgeving worden met veel zorg onderhouden door de zeer gastvrije eigenares en haar ouders. Goed onderhouden en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Aandacht van de eigenaars en daarnaast ook volop privacy en ruimte. De stranden zijn met ca 15 minuten reistijd dichtbij, maar ook het mooie achterland en natuurlijk Lissabon zijn uitstekend bereikbaar. tegelijk is er rust in een mooie landelijke omgeving. Van harte aanbevolen!
