The rental unit was in great condition, and the management company was incredibly helpful. However, Tops'l had transitioned their rental software and could not find our reservation and security hassled us daily upon entering and exiting the property. We were never provided parking deck codes, and finally had a resolve 5 days into our 7 day stay when the management company called Tops'l management.
They are also doing a massive renovation of the exterior of the property. There is scaffolding up all around the building, different pools and walkways are closed without notice, and portions of the parking deck are closed (which presents its own challenges during peak beach season). Halfway through our stay our unit became 'under construction': the balcony became inaccessible, and the balcony furniture needed to be placed in the living room. Our view to the ocean also became obstructed as all windows (including balcony), were sealed with blue visqueen. This was NOT ideal.
While I understand renovations need to take place, I would have preferred to have been notified of this ahead of my booking, therefore being able to make the decision to stay being fully aware of the circumstances of the property.
