LOCATION/INFO
Bedandview is located in Florence's historical centre close to all the most famous sights: the magnificent Piazza Santa Croce, the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte is just around the corner. Piazza dei Ciompi is famous for the Vasari's Loggia del Pesce commissioned in the 16th century, by Duke Cosimo I dé Medici, to house the fish market. The square is also known for its permanent antique/flea market where you can find treasures from the past.
You have an incredible choice of restaurants within minutes and you are moments away from Sant'Ambrogio market, one of the oldest and most famous markets in Florence that is both indoor and outdoor. Just walk around to find fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers, clothes and shoes. Then, move inside to find a selection of fresh meat, fish, pasta and cheese. And if you feel hungry, take a seat in their connected restaurant or explore the area around Piazza dei Ciompi and Piazza Santa Croce to discover some of the most authentic restaurants in town.
Coffee shops, bakeries, pharmacies, grocery stores, beauty salons are only steps away. And if you feel like shopping, just walk towards Borgo degli Albizi, via del Corso, via Calzaiuoli and via Tornabuoni.
Train station is only a few minutes by taxi and bus or 15 minutes by foot (a very nice walk through Borgo Albizi, Via del Corso, Via Calzaiuoli, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Antinori and Piazza Santa Maria Novella).
Bus stop 100 meters.
Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport approx 9 km. Guests may take a shuttle bus that runs to Florence’s train station (in about 15 minutes). Taxis are also available (about 20 minutes, approximate costs: 22 euros)
If you arrive by car, please note that the suite is placed in a limited traffic area, but you can park in a nearby garage in via Fiesolana.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, only 21 steps.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!

The host is welcoming and extremely helpful, and gave us all kind of tips and informations, even before our arrival. We were very pleased with the fact that she spoke perfect English. Our days in Florence were amazing. We were so very lucky to have this apartment. First of all the apartment has been recently remodeled and it has all the comfort that a traveler needs. There are plenty of USB jacks, a very strong hair dryer, amazing mattress,(we slept like kings) a flat screen TV, fast wifi and most of all it was clean, practically everything is brand new. A strong shower and warm bathroom was such a treat, since most italian places we stayed had no shower enclosure, just partial door or curtains. The bathroom was warm, extremely clean and top notch in every way. The apartment is decorated beautifully and has the best view of the Brunelleschi's Cupola! A super romantic apartment. We had a fantastic time in Florence mostly because the apartment was very closed to everything. Close to the apartment, literally 5 min. walk, we found Amal Yogurt and Crepe which offers fresh juices, amazing coffe, crepes and breakfast and really good Ice cream! We will always recommend this gem of a place to all our friends! Thank You!

Wonderful stay in Florence!

My husband and I just spent three fabulous days in Florence. What a town! And what a view from the apartment! You are right in the centre but with the new windows (they must be soundproof) our nights were very quiet. We found Daniela's suite on the web while we were travelling in Italy and we absolutely loved it. Very clean, everything inside is high level. We could even book our restaurants and taxi by using the telephone (it's the first time in my life that I find free calls in a room). And she is so suite..she prepared for us a big basket full of fruit and a panettone. I suggest it to anybody!

What a lovely flat! The view was stunning and the location was perfect for walking to many of the sights and good restaurants. Our host was wonderful, easy to reach and attentive with recommendations. We would stay again!!!

Location Location

The rental is in a perfect location to see so much that Florence has to offer and Daniella makes everything so simple. Communication all along the way was perfect. She has everything written down for any question you could think of and all her gavorite places which is so nice. The apartment is small but beautiful, over looking a quiet plaza. We loved it, thank you Daniella. Sirina and Stan.

I live in Florence but I love to travel and meet people from all over the world.
I spent 5 years in the U.S., then worked 10 years as a television host. I love sports. I have a beautiful family and a 10 years old girl. I started Bedandview four years ago and I love it! It took me months to remodel the suite because I researched each detail as if I was the traveller. This is why I chose the highest level of comfort as explained above.

Because you have an incredible view, you are in an ancient florentine house, you have all the comforts and technological devices but you can easily turn them off and just enjoy the beauty of one of the most famous places in the world. You can relax on your comfortable bed or sip a tea sitting on our antique chairs, or read a book on the sofa bed, or take a shower.. and the Dome is always there in front of you! And when you feel ready to explore Firenze, just go down the street and walk around. Bedandview is located in Florence historical centre close to all the most important sights: the magnificent Piazza Santa Croce, the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte is just around the corner. Piazza dei Ciompi is famous for Florence's flea market where you can find treasures from the past (at the moment the city of Florence is building a nicer structure that will house the market so the sellers temporarily moved to a close square, but they will be back soon!) .
You have an incredible choice of restaurants and you are 1 min. walking from Sant'Ambrogio market, one of the oldest and most famous markets in Florence that is both indoor and outdoor. Just walk around to discover fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes, flowers, shoes and houseware stands. Then, move inside to find a large selection of fresh meat, fish, pasta and chees. And if you feel hungry, take a seat in their connected restaurant (inexpensive and delicious). The market it's open every weekday (except Sunday) from 7 to 14.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Beside the magnificent view, you have a very nice, wide and comfortable bed. Also you have a telephone with unlimited free calls to any italian number and of course you can receive any call during your stay (you can call a taxi, a restaurant, a museum or my cell phone if you need to talk to me). You have a big tv to watch any youtube video and many other apps. You can turn the wifi off in the night so you can avoid receiving radio waves.
Another great benefit is our silent and eclogical fridge, as well as an indipendent heating and air conditionind system.
