Monti retains a bohemian edge and is a great spot for an alfresco coffee, to savour the local street food and to shop the alternative fashion. During certain times of the month, there are guided tours of the artisan workshops of the neighborhood. It 's a way to discover the past of the oldest neighborhood in Rome. The metro station Cavour is just a few meters walk and Termini (the main railway station of Rome) is one stop stop away. The apartment is just a stroll from the Colosseum and the magnificent Roman Forum. Important sites of historical and cultural interest are nearby and within walking distance. In fact the apartment is located close to a lot of attractions: within 10 minutes walking you will reach the Victorian, the Trevi fountain or the Pantheon. With a pleasant walk you can also reach the shopping streets Via del Corso and Via Nazionale (so close!).

Hello everyone, I'm a traveler with a passion for the sea and exotic destinations. in my travels I have always preferred to stay in the homes or in small hotels that have allowed me to know the locals and live as much as possible as their. This is also the principle that inspired me in arranging my house for my guests. I love books, movies and animals.
the apartment is located in the heart of Imperial Rome
We were a family of 5 who rented the apartment at the end of June for 2 nights.
Elena was excellent throughout from booking through to meeting us at the apartment, the apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect just a few minutes walk from the Colliseum and everywhere else was easily accessible.
Elena recommended several restaurants and cafes which was a real help. The café for breakfast was our favourite.
We had a great weekend and would recommend Elena's apartment to others.
The apartment was perfect! It was charming and very clean. It was just a couple of blocks from the Colosseum, and within walking distance of so many of the amazing attractions in Rome. In fact we walked everywhere and never needed to take a cab. The very best part of staying in this lovely apartment was Elena. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions with a smile on her face, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend a stay in this delightful apartment!
Elena and Daniella were very nice. We had a day delay getting to Rome due to weather in the U.S., and they were very accommodating to meeting us on a new day. The apartment was very clean and the location central to local attractions.
I just returned from a week visit to Rome. Upon my arrival I met with Elena. She was wonderful and shared lots of information about the property and the area. The apartment was just as described. There were 3 nice bedrooms and a kitchen. When I booked it I did not realize there was not a family room area, but honestly we weren't there enough for it to be a problem.
The location was dynamite. We walked to almost all the sites we wanted to see. The Coliseum was only a few minutes away. Cabs are readily available if you chose not to walk. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby too. I would suggest this apartment to anyone who needs a home base in Rome. Great experience!
A lovely, cozy apartment in a charming neighborhood. Elena is extremely helpful, and the apartment, though small, is immaculate and well stocked. The three bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a common area with large table and kitchen were perfect for our family of 5 and allowed us to prepare breakfast and occasionally a quick pasta dinner. The apartment is very close to the ancient Roman sites, and easily walkable (15-20 minutes) to central Rome. Monti is delightful and right around the corner from the apartment are excellent restaurants and a fantastic pastry shop.
My 3 adult children and I had a wonderful vacation in Rome, and Elena's apartment was our anchor. The Monti district is great with shops, restaurants, and within walking distance of basically all the classic Roman sites - old and newer. I have a friend who was raised in Rome in the Monti district and she helped me pick the best place to stay. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We had breakfast in the apartment almost every day.
Elena was exceptionally helpful in arranging check in and calling a taxi for us when it was time to leave. I wish I could have stayed longer.
