This is a historic house immersed in a park of ancient fruit trees – the collection of Arboreal Archaeology – away from the noise of cars and towns and reachable by car through a 1 Km trail. A small village Lerchi is at 300 mt with the market, post office and facilities. With a stunning view towards a vineyard and the ancient village of Santa Maria Tiberina, the house is composed of two floors, including two double bedrooms (it is also possible to add two single beds), two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a dining room, the latter featuring a fireplace of the 16th century. The house has its own heating system, constituted by convector heaters and a tile stove. In the garden there are ample spaces, tables and an external shower. Every object has a story to tell. The house is like a small museum of peasant history but with all the modern comforts. There is also an orchard with 400 trees – whose products are available for use. Small animals are allowed. The house is close to the main building of San Lorenzo, with its ancient church, where there are other available rooms and living spaces.
