I was born in Venice and grown... in Venice... (to be honest, i studied math in Ferrara). I love reading, sports - i play basket- music, and i adore sailing. I'd try to describe my self but probably its for you to say.

Slice of Venice
We were greeted by our host at the water taxi gate and it made finding the place very easy. It was a beautiful place to stay with an unexpected jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Breakfast and coffee were provided and was delicious every morning. The location was perfectly centralized and right next to the open market. Our host gave us lots of recommendations to see and it was nice to see Venice a bit off the beaten path.
The best B&b in Venice
Alessandro is a wonderful host. Very informative and helpful.
Breakfast's were delightful and the cappuccino was made fresh on sight.
A great location very close to the market. Rooms, beds and supplies were perfect.
nice apartment, lovely neighborhood, wonderful stay
we stayed in the two bedroom apartment in mid-september for five days. the apartment was easy to access via the vaporetto, the neighborhood was wonderful with a local market, not too far away supermarket, and many restaurants. easy access to the accademia and waterfront along the guidecca canal. apartment was clean, modern, and roomy. alessandro and his sister caterina were helpful and available when needed. I would highly recommend and will likely stay there again. fyi - apartment is on three levels so doing steps is required.
Nice Stay in Venice
We had a very nice stay here in Venice. The owners were extremely helpful as they gave us directions from the airport to the Rialto Mercato stop, where they met us and walked us to the apartment. They then took time to introduce us to Venice and make recommendations for meals, when to visit major sites, etc. They also prepared us a wonderful breakfast every morning that included pastries, fruit, juice, nuts, and toast with jam and Nuttella. This personal touch helped make our time in Venice perfect.
The property itself is very nice. We had our own room with a bathroom, television, and air conditioning and then a shared kitchen and dining area. The hosts left cold drinks in the shared space for all guests.
The location of the property was perfect as well. It is located right beside the Rialto Mercato transportation stop and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. You can also hop on a quick/cheap gondola and be in the Cannaregio neighborhood in a few minutes. The immediate area is filled with fun shops and eateries. We really enjoyed getting lost in the alleys around the apartment and stumbled upon a lot of fun places as a result of this wondering.
This is a great apartment and we would highly recommend booking it for your time in Venice.
