A great place for someone who wants to get away from it all and on a beach where you can surf, hike, and enjoy nature. For us those were the main reasons we bought our lot here and built in 1994. We could come home from work and feel we were on vacation ALL THE TIME!!!!
For a different vacation destination this is the place. The winter surf season in Martinique is great and has spots for all levels. A comfortable, spacious, home with an open floor plan where you can rest and relax on deck terraces or around the pool. The house is nestled in a small neighborhood at the end of the Caravelle Peninsula right on the beach and a short walk from our famous lighthouse.

This house has been recently updated with a brand new kitchen, cabinets, sink, all new appliances and granite counter tops. It is super functional, and really a cook's dream with everything you might need to create the perfect meal. We've redone the bathrooms, and purchased and/or made new furniture.

We've got brand new mattresses on every bed and a new split system air-conditioner in each bedroom.

The house is tastefully decorated and pleasing to the eye. You'll just love it we are sure!!!!!!!

It is less than a 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from a huge national park where you can hike and visit secluded beaches and get close to nature.

Go for a surf in the morning, and an evening walk through the forest. The next day just hang out at the beach or around the salt water pool on chaise lounges under the umbrella.

Do some sightseeing of Martinique. We have hands down the best roads in the Caribbean. New asphalt almost everywhere you go. Seriously, the most well to do island in the Windward islands and easy to drive on. Signage, and indications all clearly marked and helpful. We drive on the right side of the street no problem!

You'll have to by fresh fish here in our village and experience the Caribbean up close.
