Ocean Front casa nel prestigioso Sandpiper Village. Questa camera da bagno 3 camere da letto 3 livello singolo è stata meticolosamente mantenuta. Grande spazio aperto con camino e grande bar dove mangiare. La grande cucina con un sacco di spazio per riporre e armadietto, ha avuto un recente aggiornamento con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. L'accesso alla spiaggia non potrebbe essere più facile in quanto è appena fuori il ponte posteriore della casa con un bel sentiero direttamente sulla sabbia.

Great house!

We had a great stay at GG’s Place!! The house was very clean except for a few cob webs we swept off the ceiling / no biggie. 2 master en suites and another bedroom with an adjoining bathroom you can close off to the hall which made a 3rd en suite. Perfect house for 3 couples! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, but needed to buy garbage bags. Now for the views! OUTSTANDING! And the private walk to the beach was perfect and really only a few steps long! We will definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two houses on the spit for family Christmas. This was the larger of the two. With two master suites it was perfect for two couples and a single. The kitchen was large, with a huge counter for laying out the feast and the dining room table was big enough for all 9 of us from both houses to eat together. The little yard worked for the dogs and the path to the beach was in great shape for an easy walk. Water was hot and plenty of it. The pictures show carpet, but the floors have been redone with hard surface (I couldn't tell if it was vinyl or hybrid; either way not laminate and I love them!) Downsides: the outlet by the coffee maker only half works, and the dishwasher, while it "works" doesn't really wash the dishes. They have to be pretty much spotless going in. Also, tall people beware, the shower head in the bathroom we used, while fine for me, hit my husband about mid chest!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect. Great location because we just love the beach. The only thing I would say that was really a violation of our privacy was the two cleaners coming to clean the house were across the street staring at us like vultures waiting to get into the house to clean it, that’s unacceptable that’s just not cool and they were there at 10:30 and check out was 11 and just the way they were staring at us not cool
