Exceeded expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, cleanliness, check-in/check-out process, everything was flawless. Disney world can be an overwhelming experience but staying at Windsor gave me one less thing to worry about. I cannot think of a single issue or complaint. There a Walmart within walking distance so we were able to buy groceries for the week. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and patient when answering all my questions. Don’t hesitate in booking here. It is best decision to make for your vacation.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time. We value quiet and peace after a long day at the parks and this unit was on the top floor and was allowed us to not have someone over us making noise. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We also loved not having to check in to a reception area and be forced to speak to the folks who want to sell you a timeshare. Going straight to the condo and leaving without having the hassle of standing in line was great.

Wonderful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room in this 3 bedroom condo. On top floor with elevator. Very quite. Pool was amazing. We were there for a Cheerleading comp at Wide World of Sports and were less than 10 minutes from the facility with traffic. The unit is stocked with everything you need including more spices than I have at home. Washer and dryer were a plus since I was there for 2 weeks. The beds were comfortable but the twins should be upgraded. I absolutely would rent this unit again.

It all started when we bought our first Condo, and it grew from there. Now we have many vacation homes, renting to over 2,000 Happy Guest families just like you every year! We want you to have a fantastic stay in any of our wonderful Vacation Homes, all featured here on VRBO, at both COCOA BEACH and here at DISNEY and Windsor Hills. We grew up in the Midwest: Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. To be closer to our Florida properties, in 2010 we made the move down to Sunny Orlando and we live here and run all the properties from here now, it is a family business. We pride ourselves (since we live locally), on taking great care of our vacation homes, and doing the same for our guests. Important: Every one of our Vacation Homes is fully Licensed and registered as a true Vacation Rental - we are State of Florida Licensed, so you can relax and focus on just having a GREAT Vacation!
