Palo Alto Prize

Great neighborhood. Close to Stanford. Our family was able to walk to Stanford Stadium for the Big Game. The house has all the amenities. Brian is a fantastic host.

Graduation long weekend

Great location - walking distance to University Ave, T&C shopping center and Stanford University. Quiet neighborhood with lots of scope for walks/ runs. House well maintained and Brian a v responsive host. Appreciated the thoughtful touches such as refrigerator well stocked with craft beer, water and mini juices and a freezer with ice cream sandwiches.

Quiet neighborhood, great location

This lovely house is in a great location and a beautiful neighborhood. Very convenient to work locations in the south peninsula. Brian is an amazing host, and provided great pre-arrival information, and was in touch to make sure all was to our expectations when we arrived. We didn’t really use the kitchen as we wanted to eat out, and the great restaurants in Palo Alto and Mountain View were so convenient to the location. But the kitchen layout and renovations seemed like it would be a really good place to make a nice meal. And having it stocked with beers, waters, etc was such a lovely touch that made us feel at home the moment we arrived. We loved the house and would certainly visit again when work calls.

My team always loves their stay!

This home is absolutely perfect and Brian the host is so gracious. Beautiful quiet neighborhood conveniently located near the Caltrain station and restaurants. Spacious, clean, comfortable. My team has stayed here twice (2 weeks at a time) and it's absolutely perfect. Thank you Brian! We will be back. :)

I moved to Palo Alto for my boys. Great public school system, and their classmates were fantastic. Stayed here because I love the city. The diversity, the very smart and interesting people you meet walking down the street.
The Stanford Campus and all it's diverse events is just a ten minute bike ride away.
Great restaurants circle the area.
It's a wonderful place to live.

You are in the center of Silicon Valley and it's rich history of innovation. Less than a mile from downtown Palo Alto, the Stanford campus, Cal Ave restaurants, Stanford Mall. Business travelers: A turn key solution for your group of 3-4. A quick morning meeting around the dining/work area, casting to the 55" TV/monitor. Fastest business class internet with commercial grade routers/AP's. Vacation/moving to the area: A perfect spot. You will be close to everything Palo Alto/Stanford/Silicon Valley. Faceb00k, G00gle, SAP, Next, Sand Hill VC's, and the numerous startups scattered throughout the area. The house: Remodeled with all new furniture, appliances, new HVAC (both A/C and heater), hardwood floors sanded and refinished. A/C & Heater system customized to pull in fresh air while running - filtered fresh air constantly circulating when the system is on. The Nest thermostat will sense your entry and adjust to your custom comfort levels. Business class internet, with commercial grade (Ubiquiti) routers/wireless. All beds have memory foam mattresses you can sink into after a day of traveling or hard work. Scattered throughout the house are assorted works of art for your enjoyment and inspiration.
