Questa nuova casa vista mare offre tre camere da letto, piattaforme con vista sull'oceano, un recinto recintato e tutto nuovo tutto all'interno! Ventilatori a soffitto e TV in tutte le camere da letto, nuovi elettrodomestici in una cucina costruita per divertirsi e facile accesso a tutto ciò che Saint Augustine ha da offrire!
Sia che veniate a stare per una settimana, o per un mese o più, c'è un sacco di spazio di archiviazione e di vita pure. Le spaziose sale da pranzo e da pranzo, oltre alla cucina, si trovano al terzo piano, offrendo incredibili albe al mattino e fresche breeze d'oceano la sera. Se vuoi rilassarti con un drink fresco sul ponte o goderti un film con lo spazio per te!

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful house for our 4th summer vacation in St. Augustine. It's in a more residential area so it was super quiet and a very quick walk to the beach. Glad that there was an elevator to get up and down the 3 floors (laundry/garage on 1st, all bedrooms on 2nd and kitchen/living on 3rd). The view of the ocean was fantastic. Plenty of items in the kitchen if you enjoy cooking. The only negatives were that the bedrooms are all right together on the 2nd floor so there's not much privacy. Also, the owner doesn't allow access to the garage, so if you want to use the grill in the back yard, you have to go down 3 floors from the kitchen, and walk around outside. This was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. We would probably stay again due to proximity to the beach.

Great house and location for family reunion.

The kitchen was well equipped with all the needed supplies. Top floor had nice views of the Atlantic. We will be back!!

Decent

Me and four family members rented this house for Christmas 2022. We enjoyed it but would have liked a few more “necessities” in the house rather than having to go buy items (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap). They only provide one of each and no hand soap at all. I would suggest bringing your own pillows and extra heavy blankets also if you like those items. The house is pretty but you can hear EVERYTHING in this house. If anyone walks anywhere in the house, you can hear it when you sleep. Despite all that, we had a good time but these are just the things I wasn’t thrilled with.
