We have just returned home, after spending 10 nights in this apartment and our stay was delightful! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and very quiet as it faces the peaceful and beautiful botanic gardens. When we arrived the place was clean and ready for us with linen and towels, the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay and there was all we needed to cook and enjoy the apartment. We felt like we were staying in our very own home, in the interesting, and trendy Trastevere neighborhood. The number 8 tram is a short walk and we took it every day to Largo Argentina, in the center of historical Rome and then walked everywhere. The area is safe and we walked in the streets at night for the "passeggiata". There were so many interesting, wonderful, and moderately-priced restaurants where we nightly joined the locals to feast on typical Roman dishes. A supermarket, food shops, bars, gelateria, and an interesting open-air market, where we bought many fresh, local ingredients and fruits for our breakfast or lunches, were just a few short steps away. The manager of the apartment was charming and very welcoming. We definitely will be returning to this apartment the next time we visit Rome. We will also be recommending this apartment to any friends and relatives travelling to Rome!
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Check in and out was very easy, and the staff was very friendly. We appreciated the information provided in the apartment. The apartment is very convenient and is located in a quiet road in the Trastevere area. It is well equipped for cooking and is a good size for a family of four. We would certainly recommend this apartment. Thank you!
It's a lovely flat, unexpectedly quiet and relaxing in the heart of a busy city. It's a very good size, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The managers were helpful in explaining in how things work and how to find my way to various places of interest, restaurants, shops, etc. The only issue was poor internet connection - I hope the owners will make a small investment to address this: it's 21st century after all! I look forward to returning to this lovely flat and this amazing city again!
Our experience in this apartment was very good. The flat is well connected to the main attractions (Vatican, Antic Forum, Colosseo, city center... etc, everything is at walking distance). The neighbourhood (Trastevere district) is really nice and lively with lots of bars and restaurants in authentic small streets. My only concern was that the flat could be noisy at night, but it was not at all since it is located in a nice quiet street. The flat is pleasant, very characteristic and comfortable for 2 people, with all the things that you would need. Overall this is an ideal place to stay in Rome, we truly recommend it.
Lovely flat in a vibrant neighborhood! Trastevere is a great area with lots of restaurants, bars, markets and a few places of interest. The Vatican is only 15min walk and most of the sites are accessible by foot.
The flat is cute and homey in this historical building. Some features are a little old dated but I guess that's the charm of the place. It is also very quiet and we slept really well. Check-in and check-out processes were very easy.
Lovely apartment in a really romantic part of Rome. I traveled with my wife and we loved it. The kitchen was nice enough to cook a meal and we had a big table for 6 people to eat in the living room, we had the chance to invite our Roman friends for dinner. Much better than a hotel. Check-in was simple and Marina was easy to contact if we had questions. Highly recommend staying here.
