Godetevi questa proprietà Elite / Premium recentemente ristrutturata e completamente attrezzata nel bellissimo e conveniente Regal Palms Resort.

A poche miglia da Orlando Theme Parks questo 4 camere da letto, 3 1/2 bagni casa può dormire 10 comodamente. Cucina completamente attrezzata, TV a schermo piatto 55 "nella sala da pranzo con cavo, XBox (20+ giochi), Film, TV via cavo, WiFi gratuito, tavolo da pranzo (con seggiolone) 10 posti e ogni camera ha il proprio schermo piatto .

Posizione tranquilla in un Resort Gated con una splendida piscina, fiume pigro e scivolo d'acqua, sala di allenamento e negozio in loco a pochi passi dalla casa.

Un grosso negozio di negozi di quartiere è a soli un quarto di chilometri di distanza, Walgreen è solo un mezzo miglio di distanza, e si può essere a Disney World in pochi minuti!

Recentemente ristrutturato nel 2016, abbiamo mantenuto questa casa incontaminata perché ci piace stare anche in esso.

Great location and very quiet Townhouse!

We stayed in the Townhouse for several weeks and had a very enjoyable stay. The hosts were always willing to work with us. All issues can be easily dealt with through their management company. We have already arranged to stay there again in the future.

Highly Recommend

Highly recommend!! We stayed eight nights in this wonderful townhouse. The location is convenient. You are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. (And Disney) They kindly provided soap, trash bags, and toilet paper to help you get through the first day or two if you did not bring those items. Bring or buy coffee; this unit does not give you a complimentary day’s worth. Not a complaint, just an observation to those who may care. Bring your own beach towels for the lazy river! They do have floats to use, which was nice. The beds are very comfortable! The unit does get a bit stuffy. We didn't touch the thermostat and kept it on what they had it on. FYI, at home, we keep ours at 76 degrees in the summer- with all of our humidity!! So, take that for what it is worth. For those with children: The ENTIRE place is Disney-themed and neat! The lazy river is great for those on a budget going Disney but can't afford all of Disney. They can come back and crash here and let the kids enjoy the lazy river. NOTHING to do with the unit, but “Food” For Thought: Be aware of the restaurant! It’s declined in quality since last year when we were here. It is also misleading, as it's not a pub, nor a grill. The open floor concept has more of a cafeteria feel and is open to the lobby, as guests come in and out. And there is NO Irish food, steaks, fish, etc. so ignore their online menu. Think of it as a sandwich, pizza, and burger place.

We have stayed at the property the last several years. We have always enjoyed our stay. The home is always clean on arrival with a great location but $1000 price increase (not including resort fees) for the month has forced us go elsewhere.

Owners are wonderful

I want to start by saying how wonderful the owners were, Dave was so quick to help and he did everything he could to make our stay pleasant and when we decided to leave early due to the issues he was more than graceful and accommodating, which is truly all you can hope for when things don’t go to plan. As a host Dave deserves 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately for us the management and cleaning company let this owner down so much and that’s why I’m choosing to give 3⭐️. The unit is in close proximity to Disney and we were able to enjoy our time at the parks. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and everyone slept well while staying at the house. The resort has stopped taking a towel deposit but you’ll be charged if you don’t turn in your towel cards, make sure you count as we was only given 5 towels for our 6 cards but I luckily caught it and was able to get a sixth towel. The pool, slides and lazy river are a nice and welcome place to hang out, seemed to be clean and the staff on duty were friendly and helpful there was a bar serving drinks and snacks which was also nice. There was floaties in the closets at the villa that could be taken to the pool which was a really nice touch especially since nothing like that is available at the pool for the lazy river. Thank you for having us Dave and maybe in the future we could come back and try again.

We've loved staying at Regal Palms. The staff is super nice and helpful, our kids love the pool, and it's so close and convenient to all of the theme parks we love to visit.

This property is as close as you can get to the clubhouse without being on the main street or backing up to the pool, so it's quiet AND close.

Our home has off-street outdoor parking available for up to two cars.
