Si tratta di un condominio di lusso splendidamente decorato, attico, di fronte al Golfo a Long Beach Resort a Panama City Beach, in Florida! Questo condominio dispone di 2 suite master che sono di fronte all'oceano con ampie vetrate che si affacciano sul Golfo! Non troverete qualsiasi altro condominio sulla spiaggia con una pianta come questo !! Si prega di leggere i nostri commenti dei clienti. Ogni cliente ci ha detto che le foto non rendono giustizia questo condominio. Questa casa è molto elegante e promettiamo che sarete stupiti quando si cammina in. E 'in Torre 4 - al 14 ° piano.

Ogni camera ha una vista spettacolare sul Golfo del Messico, con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto si affaccia sulla splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca! Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare sei e il bar della cucina può ospitare un ulteriore quattro. Entrambe le camere sono con vista sull'oceano con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e soffitti Trey.

La master suite è arredata con un letto king-size, un armadio con una TV a schermo HDTV 39' e doppio lavabo e vasca da giardino / doccia nella vasca da bagno. Il secondo master suite dispone di due letti queen-size, un HDTV a schermo piatto 39' con lettore Blu-ray e doppio lavandino nel secondo bagno con una vasca da giardino. Entrambe le camere hanno armadi walk-in e porte che si aprono sul balcone di fronte all'oceano!

Il mobili da terrazza include un tavolo con quattro sedie e due sedie a sdraio. Si tratta di un grande condominio 1400 piedi quadrati! Entrambe le camere sono enormi!

piscina grande laguna (6500 piedi quadrati) con cascate, vasche idromassaggio, due piscine polinesiane (riscaldata), bar in loco e grill, un bellissimo paesaggio, così come 24 ore di accesso gated e sicurezza.

NO SMOKING, NO ANIMALI, no parti - gli ospiti deve essere di 25 anni o più; OCCUPARE UNITA 'PER IL PERIODO DI NOLEGGIO TUTTO !!!

Improvements:

A bit more dishwasher soap, hand soap and Toilet Paper - silverware holder in dishwasher needs to be replaced. Windows in Living Room need replaceing though an expensive proposition. Overall a great condo and location,

Loved Long Beach Resort!

My family stayed at this property late in August and we already can't wait to return to Long Beach Resort. The location is great and the beach was just lovely. I feel the listing description and all the photos are very accurate. We did need to contact the property manager for minor repairs (just a towel rack that had come off the wall, no biggie). He responded quickly and sent a handyman as soon as possible which we appreciated. The property was in need of a good, deep cleaning but the manager explained with us staying at the end of peak busy season with back-to-back reservations, it's not possible for a deep clean to happen. This does make sense, just something to keep in mind if booking in August like we did. Things like light switches and corners were pretty grimy but the basics were clean. The waster is HE and the rubber ring around it is covered in mold. The entire drawer where detergent goes was also moldy so I had to pull that out and rinse it out. I'm sure that's due to it being HE washer and some folks not letting it air out. I'd rather have had a super basic washer honestly. Overall, I feel this listing is very accurate and you will have a nice time. I personally will not be staying with this particular property manager again but I will definitely be back to this resort!

Great Vacation Condo!

We loved every bit of our stay at this condo. The view was amazing and the location was perfect for shopping, groceries etc.. Beach access was excellent and the condo itself was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again!

"Penthouse".....however......

This property is advertised as the “penthouse” when in all reality you are on the top floor in the middle of the building. While the top floor views are great, and the patio is spacious there are some things to think about before booking this property. There isn’t a pool directly at this building. It’s at the building next door – just a short walk – however not at the building you are staying in. The property does NOT have an electronic keypad lock. The owner mails your keys are you are required to mail them back – at your cost. There isn’t a latch lock on the inside of the door – so someone could make a key and enter when you aren’t there or even worse when you are! The property is in desperate need of deep cleaning. Clearly the cleaning crew doesn’t look at anything eye level. The washer is disgusting with black mold! I tried to clean it just to use it. Wear shoes while inside or your feet will be totally black from the dirty floor. The furniture in both bedrooms is terribly dated. The living room and dining room furniture is great – clearly updated.

We choose Long Beach Resort for several reasons. First, Long Beach is centrally located. It is near the Wal-Mart for shopping, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and many wonderful restaurants. The floor plan is the best on PCB with floor to ceiling windows in every room. The property itself has the largest beach area than any other resort. We just love PCB and hope you choose our vacation home for your next family memories.
