Bella casa moderna con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni nella Città Vecchia di Scottsdale. Questa casa è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2017 con solo le migliori finiture. Ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali e poi altre due spaziose camere da letto che ciascuna può ospitare comodamente 4 persone. C'è una grande sala al largo della cucina con una smartTV da 65 "e uno spazio abitativo separato al piano di sotto con una smartTV da 55". La sala da pranzo è arredata con un tavolo su misura di grandi dimensioni che offre posti a sedere per dieci! La cucina è ricavata da una rivista ed è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti. Il soggiorno al piano inferiore ha un bar allestito con frigorifero per bevande, un lavandino e molti posti a sedere. Il cortile è enorme e dispone di un patio di dimensioni generose con finestre che si aprono direttamente in cucina (vedi foto), estensione del patio finitrice con più sedie, firepit, barbecue a gas, tavolo e sedie da esterno, erba artificiale e una piscina per immersioni con lounge sedie! La casa ha anche WiFi, via cavo, TV in entrambe le camere da letto principali con lettori blu ray intelligenti per Netflix / Hulu, 1 pacchetto-n-play e altro. Situato in una zona privilegiata di Scottsdale, vicino all'autostrada 101, al Talking Stick Resort / Casino e al centro della città vecchia di Scottsdale. Ci sono tonnellate di ottimi ristoranti, bar, escursioni, shopping e golf. Questo posto ha tutto!

Great stay, water heater needs some help.

The house and everything overall was great, clean house, plenty of towels, extra bedding for the fold out beds, even had shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the showers. The only negative thing is the hot water, well lack of. Only 2 of the 3 showers would get slightly warm water, the other shower never got even close to warm. We reached out to the managment company who sent out a handyman to look at it, he finally got hot water in all of the bathrooms but had to turn on 3 sinks & 2 showers for ~10 minutes for warm water to reach the master. There were only 8 people staying at the house(so we were definitely under the ppl limit) but no matter if you were first or last to shower you were lucky if you got luke warm water. Owner should look into new and/or better(bigger) waterheater. Otherwise we all loved the house & the layout was perfect for the amount of ppl.

Hot water didn't work and Check in was a Challenge

We rented this property for our family and my husband's family who came out from Chicago. After arriving at nearly 11pm, we were unable to access the door code with the instructions on the VRBO App for the property. Finally we were able to get in touch with the host and was given a new door code only to get into the property and to have no hot water. Our family who had travelled hours had to take cold showers. We contacted the host Shannon again and told her the following morning of the issue. By the time a plumber was sent late the next morning our entire group had taken their 2nd cold shower :( Although the property was clean and had a decent layout, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. There are multiple reviews about the hot water issues and I would say the neighborhood was sub par at best.

Had to take cold showers all weekend; I wouldn't come back

Leading up to the stay, the host was extremely responsive and even waived the early check-in fee which I was extremely grateful for. However, when we arrived at the house, the pool/backyard was an absolute mess. I called the host right away and was told it was due to the storms that happened overnight and that this is expected this time of year. I wasn't warned of this previously, so thankfully the pool guy was able to service the pool for us before our pool day. However, it still looked like the yard hadn't been taken care of in weeks. We were not given enough towels for everyone to shower (there were 12 of us staying there), but the host did send over her assistant to bring us more. The blinds fell off the wall in 2 of the bedrooms during the stay. The host also had someone fix those for us. The beds were not very comfy and NONE OF THE SHOWERS GOT HOT. I told the host right away and was told there was nothing that could be done to fix this and that sometimes in older homes "that's just the case." Even the first shower in the morning or in the evening after we had been gone all day was cold and never heated up. I am giving this a 3 star because the host or her assistant answered my messages right away and eventually fixed the things mentioned above, but in my opinion it is absolutely inexcusable to have a listing that doesn't provide hot water for showers and NOT warn your guests. A recent review mentions the same thing, yet the host didn't fix the issue or warn me.

Could have been cleaner

The house was beautiful and had a lot of potential but it lacked in cleanliness. The floors were filthy and it didn't seem very clean from the previous guests. We found eyelashes and other things on the floor... The pool was really dirty when we arrived, that was a bummer but the host sent someone the following day. Shower and sink water didn't get warm at all. Overall the house was alright, spacious and good if you have a larger group size.
