This beachfront penthouse sits strategically within the heart of Taormina’s spectacular Isola Bella and Mazzarò beach.

Set in a strategic location, this 2 bedroom home boasts a marvelous terrace with outdoor furniture. Our guests can watch the sunset while dining on the terrace or use the apartment as a base to explore Sicily.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Start each day with complementary coffee or tea while overlooking the seafront haven just in front. Move to the terrace to read or nap, spend the afternoon on the beach or try the local cuisine seafood in the many restaurants nearby before watching the sunset from the terrace.

The house if fully air conditioned for your comfort and offers media services with satellite flat screen TV, Netflix and free high speed wifi throughout. The home’s interiors are finely decorated with a blend of antique furniture with shades of green and blues, which reflect the surrounding water and trees.

The property features two bedrooms. The first double bedroom has a charming décor, fine-quality linens and paintings, enhanced by a stunning sea-view. The second cozy bedroom has got a single bed and also boasts an incredible sea view from its window. There is a comfortable bathroom to serve both bedrooms, complete with hair dryer, shower and bidet. Complementary bath amenities are provided to our guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is contemporary and charming, it conveniently opens to the dining and living room area. The couch in the living area may be used as a third bedroom, as it has a sofa bed which sleeps two. The salon opens on to a terrace for candle light romantic dining or sunbathing.

Private secured parking is available in just a 5 min walk away.

listing and pictures did not reflect the condition of property

pictures and amenities misrepresented. apartment was filthy. in the bathroom, the glass shelf in the picture was broken; only the brackets in the tile remain. the toilet seat was deteriorated exposing particle board underneath the white paint. shower was disgusting. black grout between the tiles. no shower door as shown in listing: only a shower curtain with soap scum on the bottom. the ceiling paint was peeling. we did not use the shower. The closet unit in the first bedroom pictured has no doors, and the drawer is broken. The owners' private items were stored on top, blocking the air conditioning circulation. The second bedroom has peeling paint on the wall not shown in the picture. electrical conduit sticking out of the kitchen wall not shown in listing pictures. no COFFEE MAKER. other amenities listed were not included. no living room rug as shown. bare floor and not clean. couch in the picture had been removed and replaced with foam-like foldout box couch. old stale cigarette butts in the plant shown on the balcony. attempted to contact the host three times: no response. was able to resolve the access issue. we have accurate pictures as a backup to compare to listing if these claims are disputed or denied. we can not recommend this property.

Be caerful

Now, granted, I did make a mistake during booking and stated there would only be two adults, instead of 2 adults and 2 kids. This resulted in not enough towels being left at the property. I brought this to the attention of the property manager who was unable to bring additional towels even though I was staying 5 nights. The AC in the master bedroom was not working and was not fixed during my stay. The laundry machine also was not working. Utensils were dirty and had dry food all over them. The floor was dirty, do not walk around barefoot unless you want your feet to turn black. Some of the pans did not work with the invection oven The location is amazing and the view is top notch. To bad the quality of the place doesn't match. The property manager also didn't seem to care about any of the issues I had as there was no urgency to fix either the AC or the laundry.

No communication

I received a check-in email with the information to get into the place. We had laundry to do, the place has a washer that has nasty water in it that doesnt work. The wifi didn’t work. I emailed and no response, ugh.

Charming and Perfectly Located!

Lovely apartment with incredible views and terrace. Perfect to enjoy the sea breeze and have some down time before or after exploring the fantastic city of Taormina! The location is perfect, in that it's close to the Sea and also the cable car which transports you into town. The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a larger bed and the second smaller room and bed. The large bed is very comfortable. The smaller bed, not so much. Communication with the host was smooth. Although we had difficulty finding the reserved parking, which wasn't a problem, since we parked in the garage by the cable cars. I would definitely come back and recommend staying here. Wishing I could have stayed longer.
