La villa fu costruita, nel parco della vecchia proprietà di Franco Alfano, famoso conduttore d’orchestra, che ha finito la “Turandot” di Puccini lasciata incompleta dall’autore.
L’appartamento, sebbene sia vicino al centro è situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale con poco traffico ed è circondato da un giardino Mediterraneo.
Vecchie palme, alberi di mimosa e peperoni si trovano tutto attorno alla casa. Rose e cica arricchiscono i prati.
Potete cenare all’aperto sotto il portico dell’entrata principale durante quasi tutto l’anno. San Remo è conosciuto per il suo clima mite durante i mesi invernali. La posizione della proprietà è particolarmente buona ed è completamente riparata dal vento.

We lived 10 days and liked this place very much. The owner and his wife are very friendly, helpful and provide our staying excellent service. The house is big and has all necessary things. There is a garden around it and even during the sunny day it is comfortable to stay there. The supermarket is close and it is easy to reach the beach (full equipment: sun umbrellas, restaurants, catamarans, water volleyball etc.) that is suitable for small babies by foot. It is close to the main street with a Casino, restaurants, bars, cafes, ice-creem's and cake's shops, playground and attractions, boutiques. If you get a car you could easily go to France. I would like to recommend this house for families with children, active travelers, elders. That's place where we would like to come back. Thank you very much to the owners!!!

A wonderful property

My wife and I just completed a one week stay at this large, beautiful apartment which is just above, and close to the many activities of San Remo and the surrounding area. The owners live above the apartment, and are always ready to answer any questions, but they are in no way obtrusive. They are a terrific, very likable couple. Free parking is available on the property, but is suitable only for a small car. For convenience we parked for free on the street right in front of the house, and always found that space open for us. We certainly would rent this apartment again should we be in the San Remo area, and we'd recommend it for almost anyone.

VOILA UNE SUPERBE LOCATION A NE PAS MANQUER !

Merci encore à Gianni, et à sa femme, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité (avons beaucoup apprécié la visite dans SanRemo le 1er jour) ; la maison est très confortable (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants), les pièces sont très grandes, tv et internet parfait, le jardin est très agréable, et la place de parking dans l'enceinte de la maison est très appréciable. Et la situation de la maison fait que vous pouvez aller à pied à la mer.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Dear Giani,
Leuk appartement niet al te ver van het centrum, ca. 20 minuten lopen.
In de herfst is het nog goed verblijven aan de Bloemenriverra. temperatuur Ca. 22 graden en veel zon.
San Remo is niet ver van Monaco en Cannes, wat een bezoek meer
dan waard is. Informeer wel even of het beddengoed en handdoeken
bij de prijs zijn in begrepen. Het appartement is ruim voldoende voor
vier personen. Heeft stapelbed voor de kinderen en een tweepersoonsbed voor de ouders, neem wel uw eigen kussen mee !
extra bedden aanwezig. Eigenaar spreek Engels en Duits, wel zo makkelijk. Wat te doen in San Remo: ijsje eten in centrum pizza, volop
mogelijkheden om te shoppen en voor elke portemonnaie, paard rijden. Vooral doen naar de markt en koffie drinken op terras.
