I spent a fantastic week in Paris at Elegance apartment with my family (two adults and two children) in July. I was surprised by the location in the heart of Paris, with many bars, restaurants, bakeries and beautiful places to walk (a historic district, near the river, the Louvre, Notre Dame and Centre George Pompidou), where he loved to go shopping in the morning, croissants and French baguettes for breakfast. In the days before the trip I spoke to Pascal (owner) and was very easy to get there with instructions that sent me. The place is safe and quiet at night. The apartment was in perfect condition and well equipped (even had coffee from Nespresso.) To get to Parc Disneyland is easy and fast (2 metro stations + direct train). Everything worked well, Pascal was very helpful and dealt with the taxi/cab in last day. Undoubtedly it was a good choice that I recommend to my friends and everybody.

Passei uma semana fantástica em Paris, no apartamento Elegance com a minha família (2 adultos e 2 crianças) em Julho de 2010. Fiquei surpreso com a localização mesmo no centro de Paris (Marais-Rosiers), com muitos bares, restaurantes, padarias e locais bonitos para passear (um bairro histórico, próximo do rio, do Louvre, Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville e do Centro Pompidou), onde pela manhã adorava ir comprar os croissants e baquetes para o pequeno-almoço. Nos dias antes da viagem falei com o Pascal (o dono) e foi muito fácil chegar lá com as instruções que me enviou. O local é seguro e tranquilo à noite. O apartamento estava em perfeitas condições e bem equipado (até tinha café da Nespresso). Para chegar ao Parc Disneyland é fácil e rápido (2 estações de metro + comboio directo). Tudo funcionou bem, o Pascal foi muito prestável e no final tratou do táxi. Sem dúvida foi uma boa escolha que aconselho aos meus amigos e a todos. Um abraço, Aires.

Our family of 4 spent 3 nights in Paris and we were so lucky to stay at Elegance Rosier. Pascal is very pleasant to work with. The location is very convenient. St. Paul Metro, the bank, grocery store, boutique, restaurants and of course the famous Falafel are within short walking distance from it. The apartment is very upscale, clean and comfortable. My friend with a family of 4 also travelled with us and stayed at an apartment in 5th Arrondissement, and they were envious of us about how nice our apartment was. The first time I saw the pictures of the apartment and first contacted Pascal, I was willing to trade an inconvenience of packing and moving our last night to a hotel because his apartment was only available for 3 nights. Thank you Pascal for sharing your beautiful place with us. We will come back to Paris, and definitely stay here again.

The "Elegance" apartment was perfect for us -- a cozy, clean, and fully updated apartment for us to base our travels around Paris out of. It's located on a great street right in the midst of lots of shopping and food places, and it was extremely comfortable. It's not exactly roomy, but if you're not going to be spending all your time there and don't have more than 3 or 4 people in your group/family, it's perfect. There's a walk up 4 flights of stairs to get up to it, which after a long day of walking isn't something we looked forward to, but it's a small trade-off for the comforts that awaited once we were there. Also, the property manager, Pascal, was very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy, and made us that much more confident that we were going to enjoy our stay. We can highly recommend the apartment.

We wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we had at your apartment Elegance this summer!! The apartment was beyond all of our expectations. The upgrading you did to the entire unit was amazing!! It was hard to believe that we were in the wonderful and quiet Marais district. Both the bed and the sleeper sofa were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the luxury of the washer/dryer, dishwasher,modern bathroom, free internet, free long distance phone calling and the satellite television with english channels. Finally, and the icing on the cake was the air conditioning.
We will ONLY stay at the Elegance on any return holiday to Paris!! Thanks for your great service and we wish you well.

A friend and I stayed for 8 days in this apartment. The apartment is spotless and modern with all the conveniences. The owner, the delightful Pascal, assisted us with luggage up and down the 4 flights. He made sure we had everything we needed, including directions to local markets. Internet and free calls to US were another plus.

The apartment is in an excellent location for touring Paris. Metro is a 5 min walk. The only downside of the location was street noise when the windows are open - tends to be loud at night on this popular pedestrian street.

Overall, we loved this charming apartment.

We recently stayed for one week in Elegance. We cannot speak highly enough of the standard of this accommodation & the personal service provided by the owner Pascal. From the moment we arrived to the day we left Pascal was the consumate host - there in person or at the other end of the phone (a free call) when we needed help or advice & prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that we had a great week. The apartment was amazing - very clean, equiped with much more than we expected (& all of a high standard), had brand new appliances (even including a coffee machine) & a real boon to the traveller - a washing machine & free wi-fi internet. What you see on the website, contrary to some others, actually undersells what you get & consequently we would not hestitate in recommending it to family & friends. This apartment is up four flights of stairs (no lift) but this was made clear to us before we booked & it is a good way to justify eating heaps of delicious French pastries! The position we found to be wonderful - an easy walk to Notre Dame, the Seine & even the Louvre, a very easy walk to buses & boats (including a Hop-on Hop-off tourist bus stop & a Batobus boat stop - a 3-day combined pass cost us 44 euros each) or the Metro, on a very interesting street in the middle of the Jewish Quarter & consequently lots of interesting food shops (a falafel is an easy meal at the end of a days sightseeing - try the lamb schawarma), great restaurants nearby & for those who want to self-cater very close to supermarket, butcher, boulangerie, fromagerie, deli, fruit shops etc on rue de Rivoli. If you stay here do not miss visiting Place des Vosges (behind Hotel Sully on reu de Rivoli - one of the prettiest squares we found & you CAN sit on the grass here) & Musee Carnavalet (the history of Paris - free entry) - both an easy walk heading towards Place de la Bastille. There is also a great fresh food market held near Bastille on blvd Richard Lenoir on Sunday mornings. We highly recommend both this apartment & the service provided.

This well appointed apartment is located in a prime neighborhood in the center of anywhere you will want to be in Paris. It was spotless, offered AC, and plenty of hot water.

Pascal was responsive, pleasant, and very helpful. I will rent from him again the next time I am in Paris.

This was our first time renting an apartment in Paris, and while we were initially apprehensive, the experience could not have been any easier. Pascal, the owner, answered all of our many questions promptly and professionally. When we arrived at the apartment, he was so warm, welcoming, and helpful.
The apartment, itself, was as described and even better in person versus the pictures. Conveniently located mere minutes from the St. Paul metro stop, the location not only puts you right smack in the great Marais area, but also makes all of Paris easily accessable.
We've been lucky to stay at really nice hotels in Paris, before, but our stay at the Elegance apartment was a better experience. My husband and I both enjoyed staying there so much, that we cannot wait to go back!! And now that we've stayed in the apartment, we cannot imagine doing Paris any other way!!
We highly recommend Pascal and the Elegance Apartment and look forward to staying there for our future visits.
