Due spaziosi completamente attrezzati appartamenti vacanze, si trova sulla soleggiata a sud-ovest dell'isola, con un mare fantastico e vista sulle montagne.

Gli appartamenti dispongono di un soggiorno open space e cucina con porte finestre che conducono fuori sul balcone, camera matrimoniale anche con uscita sul balcone e una vista fantastica a svegliare fino a mattina ogni bagno, con doccia e vasca, una lavanderia e un giardino privato

Proprietari Brian & Catherine rimanere in loco e sarà lì per darvi il benvenuto a Casa Serena e fornire dettagli dell'appartamento, pacchetto di benvenuto, servizi locali e di informazioni su ciò che Madeira ha da offrire.

Nuovo completamente arredato ampio bilocale situato al sole a sud ovest dell'isola, posizione collinare con la montagna superba e vista sul mare. La cucina completamente attrezzata open space dispone di un forno a microonde, frigo / congelatore, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, bollitore e bar per la colazione granito. L'ampio salone open space dispone di una suite d'angolo con letto a piegare, TV via cavo DVD lettore CD e le grandi porte finestre danno accesso al balcone con tavolo e sedie dove si può godere di un pasto, circondato da una splendida vista sulla valle di Arco. La camera da letto ha due letti singoli, armadio a muro, unità sedia e specchio, il balcone si può accedere anche da le porte del patio camera da letto. C'è una lavanderia con lavatrice, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro e telaio di essiccazione. Il bagno ha una doccia e vasca, specchio con prese di corrente per un rasoio e asciugacapelli. Sotto copertura parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta, con cancello automatico, alla fine del disco. Abbiamo libri / DVD di interesse per l'isola.

Casa Serena è stato costruito nel 2003 - 2004 per fornire un elevato standard di alloggi ed è curata personalmente dai proprietari.

Our winter sun holiday the month of February 2008

We had many holidays in Madeira in the 80's and knowing there had been many changes in recent years we sought a holiday in the old Madeira style. In the Calhetta region we found it; quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery. Our most fortunate find of all were Brian,Catherine and the Serena Apartments. They were the most supportive of hosts presiding over excellent accommodation making us relaxed and at home from the start. We have to mention the balcony and its views. On many days we would remain home,sitting on the balcony,enjoying the beautiful outlook and soaking up the winter sun. many thanks Brian and Catherine we intend to spend time with you again in the near future. Views staight out into the Atlantic.

Last years stay was our second stay with Brian & Catherine and it wont be our last. The location is spectacular if you dont mind heights. The accommodation is of high quality and the owners we think now of as good friends. You need a car to move about. The resort has all you need for a pleasent stay including a good man made beach. The main town Funchal is about half hour away by road where there are endless shops and bars. We intend to return again next year to reaquaint our selves with this lovely location and perhaps look for a property for our retirement.

A perfect holiday

Casa Serena perches half way up a mountain and the views from the balcony are spectacular. The accomodation is spacious and very well equipped and the photos, if anything, don't do the apartment full justice, it really was first rate. Brian and Catherine are wonderful hosts making themselves available for information whenever required or leaving you to your own exploration of Madeira as you wish. We loved the range of options available from sightseeing and beaches through to 'Lavada walking' through the lush countyside or around the rugged hillsides, but it was always great to return to Casa Serena for the friendly welcome and to relax on that balcony.

We booked our holiday from this website and then dealt with Brian direct who made the whole process very straightforward. We will definitely return and can think of no better recommendation than that. Thank you Brian, Catherine and Madeira for a memorable holiday.

Perfect, perfect, perfect we enjoyed our holidays in Arco Da Calheta, the view from the house is very pleasant Matos Family France. Lovely apartment to return to after a days walking Helen & Kevin Woodward. Wonderful apartment, wonderful view, wonderful hosts Pete Clarkson USA.
