Luminosa, ariosa, pulita, moderna 3 camere da letto Caratteristiche della casa: WIFI Internet ad alta velocità, A / C, biancheria inclusa, piano piano aperto. Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inox con granito meravigliose e una grande isola colazione. A East Harwich in un cul-de-sac, con solo tre case sulla strada. La casa si trova vicino a: Red River Beach di Nantucket Sound e Bank Street Beach, Long Pond è un bel laghetto di acqua fresca a due miglia modo alcuni.

Pavimenti in legno massello. Tutte le camere dispongono di A / C unità per il comfort. La Cucina è completa messa a punto di utensili da cucina e pentole e padelle e le spezie. Ogni camera è ben mantenuto e dipinto di fresco. Il bagno è stato completamente ristrutturato con doppi lavandini, in granito, piastrelle doccia e vasca. Pavimenti in legno massello. Tutte le camere da letto sono al primo piano. La prima camera da letto offre una splendida acero baldacchino Regina. La seconda offre una confortevole in pieno e la terza camera ha due gemelli.

C'è un nuovo grande ponte che domina bosco per una sensazione di Treehouse, ottimo per grillingn barbecue, prendere il sole o il bird watching. Il cantiere è molto grande con un sacco di posti per i bambini a giocare e un'amaca all'ombra per rilassarsi pollici La casa si trova su 3 belle ettari di bosco adiacenti terreno di conservazione e offre sentieri dal cortile porta al Nest Hawk State Park. A meno di 10 minuti di auto da pista ciclabile, White Caps Baseball, Orleans, Brewster e Chatham per spiagge, ristoranti e negozi. Capitano di Campo da golf, Cranberry Valley Golf Course.

Abitazione dovrà fornire le seguenti in modo da non dovete imballarli: lenzuola, quattro sedie da spiaggia e giocattoli sabbia, teli da bagno e asciugamani per il viso, asciugamani di carta, tessuti, carta igienica, sapone per i piatti, lavastoviglie sapone, sapone per le mani, filtri di caffè, spezie, un frullatore e di alcuni altri principi fondamentali. Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

We found this house through a basic search for our family of four for an end-of-school vacation. We saw the beautiful pictures and took a chance. It was well worth it!! The house is very clean, bright, perfectly maintained, and has a classic cape feel with the outdoor shower, deck & pines in the back. It sits in a very private & upscale quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac, just minutes to everything. We enjoyed Cockle Cove beach and having breakfast & dinner on the deck. Highly recommended!!

Peaceful Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home. Highlights for us included the beautiful kitchen and living room, the relaxing deck, the bunnies in the yard, the flowers in the garden in front of the house and the very peaceful setting. The house was clean and well-cared for. The renovation on this house was very smartly done with beautiful, high quality counters, fixtures, appliances and floors. We loved the feel of this house as a restful retreat after a day of fun on the Cape. The elevated back deck is really a treat. Somehow we could sit outside at dusk without being bothered by mosquitoes! It was a very quiet setting, while still convenient to places we visited on the Cape. The owners are courteous, responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderful!

This home and Cape Cod in general had a lot to offer. The house is both beautiful and cozy and really fits into the "getting away from it all feel." The renter was kind, courteous, and very easy to get a hold of. The environment was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We felt like we were right at home. Anyone looking for a great get away vacation or a place to simply relax at should stay at this home!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The fall foliage was amazing from the back deck.
The house is in brand new condition and we appreciated not having to bring linens with us.
The house is on a dead end street so it is very private. There is takeout pizza and Chinese food as well as a very good restaurant right down the main street, so we didn't have to cook.
Made for a perfect location to enjoy the Cape In the Fall.

Loved the open concept living area. Very bright, comfortable and clean. Liked the granite and the breakfast island. The huge deck and backyard were great for our cookouts.

Had a wonderful weekend. Clean and bigger than it seems in pictures. What a treat to sit on the deck and not see another house. We enjoyed the peace and quite! Hopefully this is a start of a new tradition! Thanks again Julie and Jim

The back deck is so private,perfect for BBQ

The house has gorgeous granite counter tops. The back yard is so private and the back deck was the perfect place to BBQ. The bamboo flooring was beautiful and the new appliances were wonderful. The living room has plenty of room for the whole family. It was very clean and spacious. We made several days trips all over the Cape and found the location to be convenient. We love staying here and are going stay again this spring.

Great House. Very bright,comfortable and clean.

Great house. Loved the open concept living area. Very bright, comfortable and clean.
We loved staying here, it is close to everything yet very private and quiet. Greatly appreciated staying in a home that is well cared for and updated (a real treat in the rental market!) with modern appliances and well equipped kitchen.
The huge deck and park-like backyard were great for our cookouts and just relaxing.
Owners are very attentive and responsive to needs.
Would rent this again and recommend it highly to friends and family.
