Appartement récemment refait, très bien décoré, claire, propre, moderne, totalement equipé et de bon gout. Situe dans un emplacement charmant , avec toutes les facilites de transport en commum , commerce, restaurants varies. Accueil exceptionnel. Je recommend a tous mes amis et famille

This was a great location for a stay. It is in a nice eclectic french neighborhood. Bus and metro are available right in front of the building. It is in walking distance of many places. The apartment is as shown and is great for anyone with allergies. Comfortable and spacious, it is good for 2 or 3 people. The owner is easy to deal with and flexible on check-in and check-out. There is a useful information book available for English speakers.

This apartment surpassed all of our expectations upon arriving in Paris. It is ideally located very close to tourist attractions but tucked away in a charming neighborhood where you can really experience Paris local life. Be sure to take advantage of the Rue Mouffetard Market just steps away! All amenities were exactly as advertised: fully functioning kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, and extremely modern television, phone, and internet. The apartment was immaculately clean. It is the perfect mix of traditional Parisian charm and modern conveniences. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Four adults fit very comfortably in the space. I highly recommend this charming apartment. I hope to return to Paris very soon and will stay here again.

I stayed three months in this beautiful and cosy apartment and I fully recommend it. The owner was charming and extremely helpful at all times. She even prepared a useful booklet in English that provides useful information of the apartment and surroundings, and even good tips to visit the city. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine, fresh flowers and fruit. Such a nice arrival! The place is ideally located next to the metro and few steps away of many amenities such as rue Mouffetard, Jardin des Plantes, Notre Dame.... The apartment is brand new and the furniture is all good taste and quality. Good quality linen is provided, and needless to say that it is all shining clean. The place is fully equipped and perfectly well organised to host up to four people comfortably. I would sum up my stay as perfect. I'll definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay in Cecile's lovely, clean and well-maintained apartment in the Latin Quarter. Her colleague met us at the designated time to show us around the apartment and gave us the keys. Careful attention was given to the smallest details to provide all the comforts of home: broom and sweeper, clean linens, flat screen TV, CDS and DVDS, books, wine and water in the refrigerator, dishes, etc. More importantly, Cecile prepared a brochure in English with illustrations in color with instructions about how to use the washing machine, TV and dishwasher. She thoughtfully listed the addresses and telephone numbers for taxis, bakeries, restaurants and emergency numbers for English-speaking doctors.

Although the apartment is located on a very busy street, the newly installed window kept out the noise whenever we closed them. Even the neighbors were very friendly. To our delight, the well-known open-air market on rue Mouffetard was around the corner and the metro and bus stops were directly in front of the apartment building.

Already we are planning our next trip to Paris and will be contacting Cecile. In
addition, we have told people to book Cecile's place. It looks exactly like the picture.

The apartment was just as described...clean, spacious, and well appointed. Our check in/out was very smooth. In fact, we had such an early departure flight that our hostess allowed us to do our walk-through the night before which was super convenient for us. In addition, she left a guide in the apartment with points of interest in the neighborhood, emergency numbers, instructions for appliances, and much more.

The neighborhood was a true delight. A stroll down Rue Mouffetard is a joy...filled with shops of fruit, cheese, crepes, bread, and chocolate as well as of jewelry, scarves, shoes, etc...

We are so pleased we decided to rent an apartment instead of staying in a hotel and would absolutely stay here again! In fact, we have already recommended it to a few freinds.
