I went to Xanadu last month with 6 other adults and 3 children. There is so much space that no-one got in each other's way. My camera broke on my first day and the housekeeper lent me hers for the week. I call that service beyond the expected! The chauffeur ran us everywhere and nothing was too much for either of the staff. We made full use of all the facilities e.g. pool, pool table, kayaks, golf, bbq, computer etc. I would recommend this villa to anyone and look forward to going back some day.

We shared this property with three other couples, one with an infant. The six en-suite bedrooms are perfect for privacy. The family with the baby stayed in the first-floor bedroom, and they claimed she cried all night, but no one ever heard her!

The master suite is gorgeous with its own private, covered balcony/terrace and enough space that our five-year old sometimes slept on the setee in the room with us.

The home was sparkling clean, and the housekeeper provided outstanding service. We used the kayaks a lot and enjoyed the beach toys that were left behind. We really didn't need to bring anything with us on this trip.

I should have requested in advance for the pool to be heated. We were traveling in January, but the kids wanted to swim. It took too long for the pool to heat once we turned it on, so we didn't get to use the pool all week. Also, there wasn't enough hot water to heat the jacuzzi tub in the master bath, but that's not a big deal. There was plenty of hot water for showers for all of us.

All in all, a memorable and fabulous trip!
