2 camere da letto spaziose, 2 Bagni, Appartamento nel cuore di Chelsea. Situato al terzo piano di un mattone del 19 ° secolo la costruzione di questo luminoso e moderno comfort moderni con apt combina fascino storico. Ristrutturato, comprende una cucina di design completamente attrezzata, un televisore a schermo piatto, pavimenti in legno, lavatrice-asciugatrice. Eccezionale, si trova su una strada pedonale! Venite a scoprire questo nuovo quartiere alla moda. Chelsea colmo di possibilità di shopping, bar e ristoranti, avant-garde gallerie d'arte e locali notturni, boutique di specialità e antiquari. La nostra posizione è fantastica a pochi passi dalla Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Fashion Ave, New York all'ingrosso quartiere dei fiori, mercato e Garage Antique. Macy e Whole Foods (5mn), Chelsea Market, Chelsea Piers e il nuovo Hi-Line sono accessibili anche a piedi. Molto comodo il trasporto è dato dalle linee della metropolitana 1,2,3 (12 isolato di distanza) e A, C, E (3 blocchi), che consentono di accedere facilmente Parco Central, Times Square, Greenwich Village

Convenienza: Ai piedi del palazzo, un caffè italiano si accolgono i clienti con un sorriso cordiale e cibi deliziosi. Non c'è bisogno di guardare altrove per una meravigliosa prima colazione o il pranzo.

Il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti, ma se si preferisce mangiare a casa Whole Foods (supermercato biologico) è a 5 mn a piedi. Ha prodotti di qualità sorprendente, ma anche cibi preparati che si possono riportare a casa dopo una faticosa giornata a visitare la città.

I negozi intorno alla zona sono troppo numerosi per nome, ma se venite a New York per fare acquisti questa è la posizione migliore.

Infine, le linee della metropolitana più importanti sono passi che permette di accedere a qualsiasi parte della città.

Great stay in NYC, a pity about Sandy

We arrived in NYC with friends, we had planned this trip to spend some time together with 4 schoolfriends, which is quite difficult as we all have work, families, kids and so many things to take care of. The first two days were great, and then Sandy visited us and kept us indoors, so we were lucky to be staying in such a nice and confortable apartment. It is spacious, the rooms are nice, confortable beds, and the living room area is great. The kitchen is perfect and we had tv and internet the whole stay. Mariano (the manager) is very nice and helpful, and he kept us informed on Sandy and emergency details. Thanks Paule and Mariano for everything it was a lovely stay, even though we had to stay in some days.

Great Stay in NYC!

What a great place to stay while visiting NYC!

Dealing with the owner, Paule, was a pleasure as she was available to answer all of my questions with detailed answers. Upon arrival, we were met by Mariano, a charming gentleman who was the apartment manager. These two people made our stay in NY an enjoyable one. They responded to all of our requests in a timely manner and made us feel at home.

The apartment itself is just as it looks in the pictures. It is clean and spacious and has all the amenities of home. My husband and I were looking for a place that was quiet, safe, central and had a comfortable bed to accommodate our back problems. This apartment met all of our needs. There are a few flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment, but once you get to it, the place has an entire floor to itself. I did not hear any other neighbours during our stay and it is located on a pedestrian street which has security guards patrolling the area 24/7.

One problem we did encounter was with the air conditioning unit. It stopped working twice. It was not working when we first arrived on a Saturday. They were not able to have it fixed until Monday. The second time it broke it was fixed the same day!

There is a Whole Foods two blocks away and a convenience store a few doors down the road. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. It is steps away from the subway and a 10-15 minute walk to Times Square and the Theatre District. My husband and I love to walk, so we spent most of the trip walking everywhere! From the apartment we were able to walk to places including: The Empire State Building, 5th Ave, Flat Iron District, Greenwich Village, SoHo, Chinatown, Little Italy, Downtown and many more places. (Downtown was located the furthest away from the apartment and took about an hour to walk there). Cabs are everywhere in the city so taking one was also very easy.

We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to NY!

A perfect NY getaway

We were in NYC for our daughter's graduation from FIT. Needless to say the location was IDEAL for us, but beyond that this apartment was the perfect place for our family to stay together and enjoy each other in a way we are never able to when staying in different hotel rooms. We made a fabulous dinner in the beautiful kitchen and enjoyed chatting in the living room after very full days of celebrating/site seeing/ shopping. The Eisner's are fabulous hosts and Mariano is such a treasure. It's so fabulous to be able to experience the city staying in a place that truly feels like a home away from home. Very comfortable beds and there's even a little laundry room too. When we go to NY we will stay here again! We loved this wonderful apartment and I know you will too! Chelsea is a fun part of the city.
