Dieses komfortable Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten sog. "gated Community", also gesicherten Anlage. Zum 2. Mal war es wieder für 4 Wochen unser Domizil und wir haben auch dieses Mal den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist herrlich: Direkt an einem großen See gelegen, der Pool ist nach Sueden ausgerichtet (was ganztaegig Sonne bedeutet) und wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Von der Terasse kann man wunderbar die ganze Vielfalt der Tierwelt beobachten.Das Haus entspricht in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung, es ist sauber und komfortabel. Wireless Internet,Telefon für lokale Gespräche und eine tolle TV-und Musikanlage sind ebenso vorhanden. Die Strände von Fort Myers. Sanibel und Captiva sind im Nu mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Dies gilt auch für die Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten wie z.B. Publix,Target, Restaurants jeglicher Art sowie Shopping im Tanger Outlet, Miromar usw. Von Fort Myers aus sind Ausfluege und Touren in die naehere und weitere Umgebung gut durchfuehbar. Uns hat es wieder so gut gefallen, daß wir unseren naechsten Urlaub im Sparkling Water schon wieder geplant haben.

This house is absolutely wonderful. The home is immaculate, spacious, and made for relaxation. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe. The home is located close to beaches, restaurants and a short commute to malls, Naples Zoo, and other exciting attractions. Both Dave and Jan are accomadating and strive to make sure their guest are comfortable and enjoying the house. I would stay at this home again without a doubt!

We had a wonderful two month stay at Dave and Jane's "SPARKLING WATERS" home. Wefell in love with the property the minute we walked in and it just got better after that. Everything is wel labeled (switches, etc). the TV's, appliances, and furniture are top quality. With the Directv DVR we felt like we never left home as we could record and watch all of our favorite shows. The pool and lanai areas are just wonderful and the view of the lake and fountain are amazing. We ate almost all of our meals outside. We can't wait until we can again stay at this property for our winter in Fort Myers. I would strongly recommend this property for your next visit to the Fort Myers area.

It was our fourth stay at this comfortable vacation home. We believe this tells its own tale.
We like the location in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with all the comforts of home. Together with our friends we had again a wonderful vacation. The pool and lanai added a great deal to our enjoyment of the property, unforgettable also our private "Cornhole" Games. The villa is well located for shopping, eating out and access to the nearby beaches (Fort Myers, Sanibil and Captiva Island). We would recommend the "Bonefish" and the "Ruby Tuesday" restaurants in particular. Dave and Jane, the owners, are always super helpful and very responsive, they could not have been nicer, friendly and considerate.
We totally recommend "Sparkling Waters" to any Florida vacationers and we'll we back soonest.

My family and I had a terrific time at this property. All ammedities were thought of and the house was very high end. Phamplets for tourist attractions, phone books for convenience and a "how to" sheet for both computer and TV use. Nothing was missed. It was my husbands birthday while we were away and the kitchen was completely stocked with baking items and bakeware perfect for making the cake! The accomodations were spacious clean and very comforatbale. The pool was immaculate as was the BBQ. Mary the lady that greeted us was very sweet. We have rented homes before and this was by far our favourite and we will definitely be backed. A must see for all interested in travellin to Fort Myers. All the best Teresa

This place was amazing!!! It had everything we needed and wanted.. It was so close to everything!! beaches, shopping, fun!! THis is a place we will be returning for sure.. You wont be disapointed!!

Best place in Beachwalk Isles

My family and I visit Ft. Myers yearly. We have stayed in several houses in the Beachwalk Isles community. This house was by far the best one yet! Dave made it a very easy and pleasant experience. The house was not only beautiful but spacious as well. We had all of the basic necessities supplied (even an extra full propane tank for the grill) which made for an easy first day. When we return to Florida we will definitely rent this house each time we visit. I would highly recommend this place.

This house was more than we expected .beautifully furnished and decorated. All the amenities. Pool was fabulous
Very close to the beach and shopping;or dining out.
The owners were very helpful with the familiarity tour and making sure we were ok with all the items in the house-laundry,dishwasher,TV and stereo.
There is even beach towels,chairs and a cooler for the beach trip.
My wife and I were sad to leave but we will go back and we would recomend this gem to anyone

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful vacation home. Located in a quiet gated community, it is really like a home from home. Beautifully furnished and decorated, well equipped and well maintained, this is a must-visit property. Appreciated the
