Wunderbare Wohnung

Diese Wohnung ist hervorragend eingerichtet, gepflegt, liegt in einem lebendigen Viertel und liegt zum Garten hin, ist daher sehr, sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm! Die Wohnung ist hell, das Haus insgesamt sehr ruhig, die Küche komplett ausgestattet und das Badezimmer ist wunderbar. Das Schlafsofa für 2 Personen hat eine ausgezeichnete Matratze, also alles perfekt. Hinzu kommt, dass die Vermieterin sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert ist.

We discovered VRBO last year so took this opportunity to look for a rental for our Paris visit.
We have previously been so disappointed by Parisienne hotels which are often overpriced, tacky with poor facilities especially when travelling with our young daughter.
We most certainly struck gold when selecting this rental.
Firstly Isabelle was prompt and accurate with her communications which enabled us to arrange our trip smoothly and quickly.
Location for us was everything, although unfamiliar with the 10th, the location a few minutes walk from Colonel Fabian metro station was perfect. A few minutes from Montmatre-our favourite Paris destination our other favourite, Pere lachaise was also 4 stops in the other direction. Chaumont park and the canal are walkable.
The apartment itself was exactly as detailed, spotlessly clean and tastefully designed. Crisp fresh smelling linens. Well equipped kitchen although we didnt use it. Very secure.
There is a pleasant restaurant/bar opposite which served good food and a very nice patisserie enroute from the metro.
We were welcomed by Isabelle's friend Stephanie who showed us around the facilities and answered our questions.
Will certainly be using again and have already recommended to friends.

FIN DE SEMANA GENIAL

Sin duda, un apartamento ideal para pasar unos días en París. Muy bien equipado, limpio, ordenado y tal y como se ve en la foto. No hay sorpresas. La propietaria, Isabelle, muy atenta y servicial, nos explicó todo con mucho detalle y amabilidad. El edificio muy seguro y la zona tranquila. Muy bien comunicado, hay una parada de metro a escasos metros. Además, para estos días de frío, el apartamento estaba totalmente calefactado y no tuvimos ningún problema con el agua caliente. Lo recomendaría al 100% y, si tenemos la oportunidad de volver, no dudaré en contactar con Isabelle de nuevo.

Lugar perfecto en Paris

Este apartamento es perfecto para una pareja de turistas. Las instalaciones son tal como aparecen en las fotos. Aunque en las mismas no se ve que existe un lavarropas, un lavavajillas, y todo lo que se pueda necesitar para cocinar con total comodidad!!!
Esta apenas a cuadra y media de la estacion de metro lo que te lleva a cualquier lugar de la ciudad, y a solo dos de un supermercado bien surtido. La bulangerie esta a solo pasos, lo mismo que el canal Saint Martin! El barrio es muy tranquilo, tanto de dia como de noche!!
La propietaria es muy atenta, y el precio es justo; volveria alli todas las veces que fuera a Paris!!!

STUDIO TRES BIEN PLACE POUR VISITER PARIS

La description de la location est parfaite, nous n'avons eu aucune surprise négative. Le studio était très propre, calme, clair, avec une décoration très agréable, notre fils a beaucoup aimé le cadre au dessus du canapé-lit et le bar (trop cool) les photos sur le site reflètent très bien l'intérieur. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, nous avions déjà communiqué un peu par mail pour demander une petite précision au niveau du nom de la station de métro qui se trouve à 2 pas (Colonel fabien) et pour le lit d'appoint (notre fils de 13 ans a apprécié sa literie car il ne se trouvait pas à même le sol). Nous avons eu de bons conseils de la part des propriétaires et des documentations étaient à notre disposition pour avoir quelques lieux de visites ou de restaurations. Cette location convient tout à fait à un couple avec un enfant car petite mais pratique pour y manger et dormir, nous la recommandons pour visiter Paris en toute tranquilitée. Le plus que nous avons apprécié la place de parking. Nous avions pris 3 nuitées, et nous n'avons absolument pas utilisé notre véhicule. Merci aux propriétaires, et peut-être à une prochaine location, nous gardons bien précieusement vos coordonnées, ils nous restent encore beaucoup de choses à visiter
