We stayed in Studio F located behind the main building. The unit was quaint and charming with a beautiful private patio that was perfect for our morning coffee. Although it is away from the city center, there is plenty of parking just steps from the gate, a bus stop right outside of the gate, and a super market steps away! We found the location perfect and the apartment cozy, clean, and welcoming. Christian was very helpful in giving advice and directions. We would stay here again!

Emanuela's apartment was really wonderful. We stayed there for 5 nights and really enjoyed the private space. Apartment F was well maintained, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The little garden was nice to have as well. Emanuela was really helpful and eager to make sure our stay was great.

Nice location, handy having the bus stop right outside, and supermarket is very close to. Kitchen is very basic but does the job for a short stay.
Place was clean. The best thing about this place is the terrace.

My wife and I stayed in Apartment F for 5 nights in April. It is a studio apartment and reminded me of a pool house or converted garage. The bed was very comfortable and we made use of the outside table and chairs for breakfast. Even though the apartment is furthest away from the road, you can still hear the traffic from the road in the early morning. We were happy with the cleanliness, although mildew was starting to build up around the bathroom tiles. There was no spare roll of toilet paper in the apartment, but after a couple of days we decided to ask the owner for one instead of buying a whole pack ourselves. They were very receptive and gave us a new roll immediately. The owners were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had.

It was nice to be able to retreat to a non-touristy area. The location is just off of most tourist maps. Since we found the bus system easy to use, we didn't mind at all. The discount supermarket Dico was great too. I bought a nice buffalo mozzarella there and found it much cheaper than some of the other supermarkets.

I would highly recommend the family run Sardinian restaurant Bentu & Soi across the street. It was by far the best meal we had in Rome, at a fair price. We even went back for a second night. Our waiter spoke some English and was very helpful with the menu. The other places we ate at may have been too close to touristy areas, although one of them was guide book recommended. I did not like near-by nearby Miseria e Nobilita Naples pizza place and found the take out pizza by the slice places around town tastier. The coffee bar just across the street and to the left was also great. It was nice to get local priced cappuccinos for under a euro and the staff was very friendly. It's hard to tell what some of the shops are since some don't have signs and close the shutters after hours. But there is a bakery across the street and another around the block to the right. Also a take away pizza place that looked really good but we didn't have a chance to try.

We stayed in Studio F for a week in July and had an excellent time. The owners were very helpful and the ameneties were as described. The property is not part of the house but a separate annexe, and was dark inside due to the high windows which meant having the lights on all the time when in the studio - we felt it would benefit from a skylight window in the roof. However this did not detract from our holiday as we were out all day. The small garden was very pleasant and we ate outside every evening - no problems with biting insects as there is an effective insect killer placed on the wall beside the table. The 105 bus service runs regularly and stops right outside the building - only about 10 minutes from Termini. It is always very crowded, so if you have large suitcases it may be better to take a taxi from Termini. We bought a 7 day travel ticket for 16 Euros which allowed us unlimited travel on buses, trains, metro and trams. This was excellent value for money and saved a lot of time queueing for tickets. The apartment has an additional single bed, but we felt it would only be suitable for a child and that with three adults the apartment would be overcrowded. We would recommend the Studio as good value for money and would certainly consider staying there again.

The advertised Deco building seems very nice, the so called "studio", however, is not part of the main building. So be aware when you rent it. It is a small outbuilding attached to the wall of a fountain. The room is very dark, since there are only 2 tiny windows very high up, so one cannot see out. We arrived on a dark and rainy day, I guess unusual for Spring in Rome. The room felt damp and depressing. It was, however, clean equipped with all that is advertised. Outside there is a lofty area with a table and 4 chairs 4 steps up from the room with flowers and lights. Since we had a cold and rainy week we could not make use of this attractive eating place. I wonder also how many mosquitoes there are about in the summer? So come well equipped with spray. If you want to economize and don't mind a dark room, it might be OK.

Clean and compact. Very good shower. Close to supermarket and other food stores. 10 min walk to closest metro but bus stop outside very handy. All amenities we needed including outside patio area with chairs, table and cushions. It is a floor level apartment so suitable for disabled visitors. Downside, high windows you cannot see through so no view and tends to be dark inside, but most of the time you will be out exploring anyway. Felt very safe.

We are a Spanish family of 3 people, and we had the opportunity to see the study F and later the C apartment, both were very well equipped, clean and an excellent situation.
Bartoccioni's family were very kind and had a lot of attention to us. Providing all kinds of useful information from the outset.
Accommodation is in front of the door to a bus stop connects you to the Termini station in 10 minutes.
Highly recommended, we will come back without hesitation.
