My wife and I recently stayed in this apartment for four nights. The apartment itself was very nice, and obviously recently renovated and well maintained. It was clean, had plenty of light (except in the bedroom, which was quite dark), and had enough room to spread out a bit and not feel cramped. Overall, the apartment itself was quite nice.

Unfortunately, there were two problems. First: the apartment listing indicates that there is internet access, and there was none. I contacted the owner, and he indicated that he would fix the problem, but for the duration of our stay there was neither wired nor wireless access from the apartment. This may not be a problem for some people, but caused significant frustration for me and made it much harder to plan the next day's sightseeing activities.

The other problem is harder to fix. This apartment is listed as "quiet", but it was not. There is a commuter train line right outside, which is a minor annoyance but it was not a busy line and was only bothersome occasionally, and never in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, there was also some device nearby (it sounded like it might have been in the bedroom wall) that emitted loud whistling, screeching, and grinding sounds sporadically. We were unable to find what was causing the noise, but this did make it hard to sleep at night.

This is a nice apartment in a great location, and I would recommend it for people who do not need internet access and who are able to sleep through some noise. We did enjoy our time there, and I do not want to focus solely on the negative aspects, but wanted to make sure that future renters are more aware of these potential concerns than we were.
