Great views from dipping pool.

Undisputable great views from the balcony. Photo of pool VERY deceptive- more of a dipping than swimming pool. Great shame.
Welcome tea bags, milk, water etc nice touch.
Plenty of crockery for the four of us to use dishwasher. Would have liked a cafetiere or larger coffee maker and a tea pot.
Rooms pleasant, all with ensuites. Two fluffy clean towells per guest.
Fourth bedroom on top floor up steep spiral staircase which should be mentioned in blurb. Need to unpack case to take clothes up there.
Shame no sunbed(s) on top balcony. (Could be hoisted from outside).
Clean villa.
Parking on road outside villa. Good location between Marsalform an Xaghra.
Cable TV in English limited to news channels.
Good service - DVD player was not working and was replaced same day.
Wi-Fi good, though not in 4th bedroom as too far from box.
Property we think is for sale.
Restaurants nearby good. Pullitos just down road recommended.

Our family of 4 spend one wonderful week in this brand new and really huge farmhouse.
The house is clean (maybe not the cleanest I have ever see but acceptable) and very spacious. Really great views from the terrace.
The assistance of Baron Group members was also very helpful - they arrange us a transportation from the airport - very well organised.
The only one downside of the house is the location - it's in the middle of nowhere. You will need a car (or a bus) to get to any place in Gozo. There are no walking paths but lots of crazy drivers and narrow streets - so walking in the nearby of the house is not a good idea.

Spent two weeks on Gozo with my wife and eldest son. Gozo is a small island making driving around easy. The property was five bedrooms although I would rule out the basement room, no view, no air con and the noise of the pool pumps and filters all day. Would make a great home cinema with some money spent.
The other bedrooms were just OK nothing too luxurious but comfortable and nice terraces. be warned only the most confident would be happy with the slim spiral staircase to the top bedroom. bathrooms fine. the lounge needs a decent set of chairs, sofas etc. TV basic. kitchen basic. Pool great, views from the terrace of Gozo and sea excellent, very easy too relax. Handy location for Marsalforn and Victoria. Only three of us at the house, I suspect 8 or more would have been a little crowded unless very good friends or family. In general a great holiday , snorkelling at Marsalforn and Xhlendi and many other places, some good meals at the st patricks hotel, Xhlendi. The house was fine for us.Just needs a littel tender loving care, people very friendly and helpful.
