An small supermrkets.excellent apartment in the centre of Riomaggiore. Very conveniently located above the bakery and opposite two small supermarkets. It is also close to the train station. The apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. It has a large floor area and the family who own it are very helpful.

There is no view of the sea but that is not needed after a day's walking with the sea in full view. In fact it is better after a tiring day to have an apartment in the cenre of town without a further hill to climb to get home. And the view out the window was superb - we felt like residents!

We had the most perfect week in this apartment in Riomaggiore. We spent a long time deciding which of the Cinque Terre villages we wanted to stay in and were both pleased we settled on this one. Riomaggiore is one of the busier villages with more choice in the way of grocery shopping and restaurants, although the beach is rocky the harbour and cliff-top walks are beautiful. It is both easy and cheap to access all the other villages and larger towns and cities via train such as Levanto and La Spezia. The apartment was modern, perfectly equipped and very clean. The owner met us at the train station and took us to the apartment. He provided us with good local history of the village and the apartment building which has been in his family for some time. He showed us where everything was and how it worked before leaving us with a bottle of wine from his vineyard. Although we didn't have a balcony we opened the shutters in the evening to live music in the street below most evenings (including tango dancing one night!). We would definitely come back to Riomaggiore and have recommended this apartment to friends and family.

This was one of the most incredible trips, and accomodations, I have ever experienced! The studio exceeded our expectations and was right in the middle of the city. Lorenzo assured us the room was soundproof, but we didn't bother to find out, as we enjoyed the city until all hours. We stayed for a week, and in that time, also cooked dinners in the studio. We found everything to be pristine and Lorenzo to be very helpful. I highly recommend this property and know I will be back in the future!

We have nothing but amazing things to say about this rental! The owner offered to meet us at the train station which we happily accepted since it took away the stress of searching for the apartment ourselves. Once we had arrived he provided us with bottles of wine(which were delicious!), fruit from their garden and information about the area. He was very pleasant and showed us how to work everything in the apartment. The room itself was very clean and the exposed brick wall is beautiful. We were traveling through the area during the raining season so we spent quite a lot of time inside the apartment and we couldn't have picked a better place. It is a short walk to restaurants, shops, the water and the trail to Manarola. We were extremely happy with this rental and it was one of the highlights of our travels through Europe. We highly recommend it!
