We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in the flat for 3 nights. Good contact with the owner Diana and warm welcome by Julie who looks after the housekeeping. Do not expect luxury standard - but everything is just as it is shown on the photos. Unfortunately the 2 bedrooms are on the noisy side of the flat which is quite challenging for a good sleep. All in all OK, maybe a little bit overpriced for what you get.

We stayed at the apartment with family and really enjoyed the facilities and freedom of the space. It is in a lovely quiet street in West London just a few minutes walk from Shepherds Bush tube station which is on the central line, the best for central London transport. The apartment is quite modern and well equiped without being too fancy that you need to be worried about children damaging anything. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole place was clean and well kept.

Me and my parents spent in this apartment for 4 days in the beginning of October and we were absolutely satisfied. Location is amazing, it is very close to the tube station on Shephard´s Bush and there is also good bus service to central London. Flat itself was amazing we felt like at home. Julie was very friendly there was cookies and milk prepared for us and also coffee/tea. I would definitely rent this apartment again and I will recommend it to my friends.

On our first day, I met a friend of the owner who turned over the property to my sister and I. I thought it was a special extra that she had purchased milk for coffee/tea before we arrived. Beginning the next day when the rest of our family arrived the rental was exactly what we were looking for and wanted while we visited London for the Summer 2012 Olympics. It was the little extras within the unit that I thought made our stay extra convienent, such as cable and wifi, washing machine, and enough space for all of us to spread out. The walk to the underground was an easy 10 minutes, even with my step-father's foot ailment. There is an excellent (though expensive) Italian restaurant within walking distance (its worth it at least once). We went twice in the week there. Also, just as noteworthy the small convienence store and Iranian restaurant (which we also patroned) were right across the street from the Italian restaurant, all within an easy 5 minute walk. Additionally, right next to these establishments was a combo Thai, Chinese, Japanese restaurant and dry cleaner, though we did NOT utilize either. The front entrance is secure and located on a quiet street. Furthermore, the only item that could pose a problem for some is the walk up the two flights of narrow stairs to get to the unit. For my family and I it was no problem, but elderly persons might have an issue. The owner was pleasant and easy to interact with, which made the overall experience well worth it. The only other item that could be stated here was the water leak around the front window of the living room, which was being fixed right after we left. It was NOT an issue since it only involved the wall around the unit because of the excessive rain London had experienced the month before the Olympics. THIS HAD NO EFFECT UPON THE UTILIZATION OF THE UNIT WHILE STAYING THERE. I would definitely rent this unit again when I return to London. I can say that London, the rental, and my Olympic experience was awesome!!!

We arrived at the flat on the evening of Sunday 3 June when despite the inclement weather outside we received an extremely warm welcome from Diana who comprehensively explained all thefacilities which were available.

The location of the flat was excellent both in terms of public transport and also for eating places and provided an ideal base for our short break. While the 2nd floor location would not not suit everbody We would have no hesitation in recommending it for anyone spending a short break in London. This supercedes my recent review which was incomplete)

We were very pleased with our stay at this flat in March, the location is perfect, close to the tube and buses. Diana was very accommodating, she even had cookies waiting for us when we arrived after a long flight from San Francisco. I would definitely stay at this flat again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Our family of four, two adults and two teenagers stayed here twice during our Christmas holiday. First in December and then in January. It was a great place to stay, close and convenient to transport and shops. Everything there that was provided made it feel like home. Owner was flexible with our odd and early arrival times. I have no problems recommending this apartment as a place to stay. I have already recommended this place to some friends and I will stay here again the next time I visit London.

We stayed here in December for 2 nights with our two young children. It was very spacious and the boys both fitted into the single bedroom (one on the futon) so that we could have the double bedroom and didn't need the sofa bed.

Really clean, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom.

Less than 10mins walk to the amazing Westfield shopping centre (it has a Nandos and a Pizza Express so great for tea with kids) & Shepherd's Bush tube. Bus stop afew minutes away.

The kids loved the natural history museum, the science museum (both free) and the transport museum.

Owner very helpful and even kindly sent some clothes up that we'd left behind.
