Moderno appartamento in villa

Rosacasavacanze vi accoglie dal secolare uliveto del quattrocentesco convento dei Padri Domenicani a Taggia, la cornice ideale per una tranquilla vacanza all'insegna del relax. La villa è stata ristrutturata nel 2010 e offre comfort completo, compreso Internet e TV satellitare. Il giardino circostante, ricca di ulivi secolari, cycas e limoni, vi porterà nei pressi di un mondo che ha ormai quasi scomparsa. Angoli siano dotati di apposite dove si può mangiare all'aperto, la maggior parte l'anno: non dimenticate che siete nel cuore della Riviera dei Fiori, dove il sole è un volto noto anche in inverno Le spiagge sono a soli tre chilometri di distanza , e sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti in auto o con i mezzi pubblici. Gli amanti della natura farebbero bene ad andare in bicicletta, per raggiungere altri paradisi piccolo angolo di paradiso lungo la costa attraverso la pista ciclabile, mentre le attrattive della vita moderna non sono lontano né con Sanremo a 10 km e Monte Carlo a 28. Negozi e centri commerciali.

Gli amanti della natura farebbero bene ad andare in bicicletta, per raggiungere altri paradisi piccolo angolo di paradiso lungo la costa attraverso la pista ciclabile.

Wer an die Riviera möchte, aber nicht (nur) an den Strand, findet hier einen schönen Stützpunkt.

Wir waren zu Ostern 2011 in der Wohnung und haben von dort aus das gesamte Argentina-Tal erschlossen. Erst während unsers Urlaubs wurde uns klar, dass die ganze Gegend hervorragend mit ÖPNV erschlossen ist. Das war die positive Überraschung unsers Aufenthalts. Die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus.


Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns amüsiert. Es wird Internet-Access angeboten, es ist aber kein Schreibtisch o.ä. vorhanden, wo man ein wenig Arbeitsatmosphäre schaffen kann. Dafür ist ein riesiger LCD-Fernseher mit Sat-Anschluß und diverse Satelliten zum umschalten vorhanden. (Das Wetter und die Aussicht aus der Wohnung sind so toll, dass zumindest wir stattdessen begeistert aus dem Fenster geschaut haben).

Die Vermieterin und die gesamte Familie kümmern sich rührend um ihre Gäste - ohne sich aufzudrängen.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen Taggia und Arma. Das gesamte Tal ist mit Straßen durchzogen. Das hört man, wenn das Fenster zum Tal hin offen ist. Nach hinten ist es dagegen ruhig.

Man taucht beim Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ein Stück weit in das Berlosconi-Italien des beginnenen 21.Jahrhunderts ein, bekommt die Probleme von Gewerbetreibenden mit, erhält einen Eindruck vom Zustand des italienischen Bildungssstems. erfährt viel über die Arbeitsmoral der Handwerker und trotzdem oder gerade deshalb ist es einen Besuch wert.

We had a very good time in this nice and well-maintainded place and we thank Antonella for her kindness. We loved walking around in Taggia witch is a realy nice ilalian village.
There is a wonderfull pizzeria in Taggia called" I Porticci"
We hope coming back soon.

Cosy, spacious, fully furnished, with nice views and beautiful large terraces, helpful and pleasant owners.It fully corresponds to the description. A wonderful place for a family with children. Close to the old town of Taggia. The hostess speaks English fluently. This is the place our family would come back with pleasure! Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful appartment for a family stay

We, 2 families, stayed in two appartments of the same house this June. Both families were satisfied with the facilities we had. Both appartments were really spacious and cosy with large terraces and a beautiful view and they totally correspond to the description. Our children enjoyed the space both inside and outside as they had a lot of place for playing.
The owners are very nice and hospitable and they never interferre unless you ask them for a favour. The hostess can fluently speak several foreign languages that's why it is easy to communicate.
We would recommend these appartments without any hesitation! ;)

Wir sind mit zwei Personen nach Taggia in die Ferienwohnung Villa Rosa angereist. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich begrüßt und man fühlte sich sofort sehr wohl. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und frisch renoviert. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab sogar eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, die man kostenfrei nutzen konnte. Taggia ist ein sehr schönes städtchen und die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber man hat trotzdem bleibe Ruhe, da sie etwas oberhalb auf einem Hügel mit anderen Häusern steht. Die Besitzerin war sehr fürsorglich und trotzdem nie aufdringlich. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und ist auch sehr gut für familien geeignet. Wir werden so auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Apartment was located 10 minutes (walking) from town centre. Very spacious with two bedrooms and kitchen and living area combined with large balcony. We had everything we needed including iron, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen and wireless. Antonella was great and always available for any queries we had and even collected and dropped us off at the train station. I would definitely go back!

Best in Liguria

We had the pleasure to stay at this perfect location just before easter. the apartment is huge, well equipped and the owners are excellent.Two large bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and a bathtub. All newly renovated. Private parking. Internet, cable TV, a cute private garden with a BBQ. The area is quiet with a short 5 minute walk to Taggia. The large deck faces the valley with views all the way to the ocean. All in all, great value for the money (probably the best in the whole of Liguria), great hosts and just a fantastic place to stay. I recommend it!

We spent two weeks in Taggia and it was Wonderful, the apartment is spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The householder is very nice and very helpful, Taggia is a very old beautiful village with a lot of olive, San Remo is 10 minutes by car and the French border is not far away, Milano is 3 hours far by train. Thanks you Antonella for your welcoming and your kindness

beautyful appartment

We stayed one week at the Apartement in Taggia in April 2011.
The appartement is very beautiful, clean and nice. The hirers are very friendly and courteous.

We would recommend that you come by car - the house is a bit away from the city - especially if you want to go to San Remo.

The house is in a very nice place and it's very quiet there.

It's all new renovated and the furniture is all very new.

The beds are gorgeous.

We liked our stay at the apartement very much!

The best vacation

We were 6 friends staying at Villa Rosa Casavacanze. We all enjoyed staying there, as the apartment was clean and well-maintained. All need were covered for a weekly stay. The owner provided us very good customer-service and was helpful with everything. I myself enjoyed the breathtaking view of mountains, Ligurian sea, lemon trees and olive trees. The location was good, as the shops were near-by and the bus to Sanremo went down the street. Perfect place to hang out on a balcony and sunbathe, nothing and no-one disturbing.
We liked going to Caffe Novecento, which is near-by and hosted by a great Italian family.
We are very thankful to the owner of Villa Rosa Casavacanze and hope to be back next year!
PS! Special thanks for giving the garage parking space for our rally Porsche :)
