Immobile del '500, situato in pieno centro storico, a 200 metri da Piazza San Marco, recentemente ristrutturato con ampie scale in pietra d'Istria.
I due appartamenti si trovano al secondo piano, uno più piccolo di 60 metri, molto luminoso, con vista sul campiello San Zulian e Calle larga San Marco; l'altro più grande, 80 metri, con due balconi affacciantisi sulle Mercerie, l'arteria principale di Venezia.
Da qui potrete andare comodamente a piedi in ogni parte della città, scoprendo le zone più nascoste, le calli e i campielli meno rinomati ed assaporando nello stesso tempo il piacere di essere a due passi dal bacino di San Marco in una autentica dimora veneziana.

Delizioso appartamento di 80 m2, appena ristrutturato, in un edificio del 1500, è dotato di una camera matrimoniale grande, una camera doppia, due bagni con doccia, soggiorno con cucina a vista ben attrezzata.
Dotazioni: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane, aria condizionata, internet wifi, TV LCD a parete, ferro da stiro, lettino per bambini su richiesta, biancheria da letto e da bagno.

My wife and I spent two weeks in the Grecale apaartment. We have been to Venice many times and this is the first time that we have stayed in an apartment. We were quite pleased. It was the perfect size for the two of us and It was great to be able to cook and enjoy the fine food from the local markets. The apartment is well furnished and equipped.. It is centrally located and is just a brief walk from Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge, good restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and good local produce markets.
Serena is courteous and professional. She met us at the Rialto bridge and escorted us to the apartment. She familiarized us with the neighborhood and then the details of the apartment when we arrived and even left us a welcoming bottle of prosecco and a bag of cookies. This was a very nice touch.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definetly stay here again.

Three of us spent a week in this apartment in the middle of February. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is fantastic across the board: it is clean, well furnished and equipped with every modern convenience one could hope for. It is centrally located and is just a brief walk from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge.
Serena, the owner, is courteous and professional. While planning our trip she responded to our emails quickly and thoroughly. In Venice she met us at the Rialto vaporetto stop and escorted us to the apartment. She familiarized us with the neighborhood on the way and with the details of the apartment when we arrived. She even provided a welcoming bottle of prosecco. We felt at home right away.
I would recommend this apartment to family and friends and would stay here again without hesitation.

Precioso apartamento - excelente situación

Apartamento situado muy cerca de la Pl. San Marcos y también del Puente Rialto. Muy limpio, acabados de calidad, buen menaje de cocina y extras. Muy aconsejable para todo tipo de huéspedes excepto problemas de mobilidad (2o piso sin ascensor).
Serena nos esperó en la parada del vaporetto de Rialto i nos acompañó hasta el apartamento, también nos mostró el supermercado más cercano. Muy buen trato.
