Bella villa indipendente 3 camere da letto. La struttura dispone di 4 camere umide, salone / sala da pranzo e cucina attrezzata. All'esterno c'è una piscina a forma di quadrifoglio condiviso con altre 2 ville in un giardino recintato. La proprietà si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla vivace città di fronte fiume Dalyan, con i suoi ristoranti tradizionali e taxi d'acqua. La bella Iztuzu (Turtle Beach) è corsa 'dolmush' a 15 minuti o perché non provare il servizio pubblico barca spiaggia? Noleggio tuo uomo proprio barca per il giorno e vivere la vita di un re e visitare le sorgenti sulfuree e dei fanghi e sosta per un tuffo nel fiume. La villa è dotata di biancheria da letto, asciugamani, forno, piano cottura, frigorifero e lavatrice. La villa viene pulita ogni settimana. Biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni settimana. La piscina è in uso da maggio a ottobre.

Tastefully furnished to a high standard, comfortable and well equipped. Kids loved attic room. Lovely pool, serviced daily along with garden. Microwave would of been a bonus but otherwise everything you could need was available. Villa is in quiet area, amidst properties occupied by local people so real sense of being part of locale. 10 minute, level walk to village centre. Loads of restaurants - we ate out most nights and every meal was a pleasure. Public boats and buses run trips all over area - take boat to Turtle Beach (40mins) or the bus (20 mins) - no need for a car (great!). Owners provided email "tips" to area which were great. Do take mosquito spray - can't be helped by annoying in evening. Would definitely recommend villa and area - particularly good for those with children and/or wanting a quieter break.

Risposta del proprietario: Feed back is always welcome and valued, it is always a pleasure to hear that our guests have enjoyed our house and Dalyan. The attic bedroom is fantastic for the children, a real hideaway. We keep adding to the facilities available in the house and we are intending to put a microwave into the villa this summer. However, with such fantastic restaurants in Dalyan, our favourite being Ramazan's, I would hope not too much cooking goes on.

This was our second trip to Turkey for a holiday and this time we had a party of 7, 4 adults and children aged 8,11 & 13 and I'm glad to say we were all accommodated reasonably comfortably.
How pleased we all were to find the Villa to be even better than the website promised, always a risk when travelling without the 'umbrella' of a travel agent!
It was in excellent repair, clean, fully equipped, well positioned and lovely to look at.
The pool was also lovely, well maintained and bigger than it appears on screen, we all loved it especially as we had it all to ourselves for most of the time!
Even for a hectic party like ours we found the villa catered for all our needs and the air conditioning was a massive plus especially with the temperature in the mid 40's and the very muggy nights - we all slept really well.
From the outset Amanda looked after all our needs from the airport transfers there right to the trip back to the airport - all much to our relief.
We visited all the local attractions but recommend the jeep safari, the 12 island cruise, the horse riding, Epincek cruise and the moonlight boat BBQ, but be prepared to shop around and haggle for the best prices and be clear on what you expect!
The Saturday market was also great fun and an excellent place to get your fresh fruit and veg for no money.
The turtle beach was great and we visited on at least 8 days, travelling either via the 'council' ferry (10 lira) or the 'council' bus, Dolmus, (8 lira), the ferry takes about 45 mins and the bus about 20 mins. They take you to opposite ends of the beach but both are beautiful and not too busy.
The only criticism I have of the Villa is the attic room is a little small and suitable only for children really and the walk into town (10-15 mins) is a bit of a pain after 2 weeks, especially with the questionable street lighting and drivers!
We would have absolutely no hesitation in returning though and do hope to come back in the future.

Risposta del proprietario: Great to see our villa has housed another family of happy holiday makers. During this winter the house will be once again maintained, painted and any breakages replaced.

We were very pleased with Villa Elmaha; it was as described which is a refreshing change from some holiday rentals. Overall we found that all our needs were covered, inside and outside were nice and clean, there are various people who come in to ensure that the pool and surrounding (pretty) gardens are also tidy. Inside the accommodation is well furnished, there is plenty of clean bedding and towels all of which Amanda said to use as we needed. Separate air con units in the living room and all the bedrooms are very welcome, it was hot (very on some days) and sunny all week, - fab after our abysmal weather. We were able to wash our beach towels and undies in the washing machine that is in the large wet room on the top floor which was great and it also dried in about 10 minutes!.
Previous guests had left various condiments, which we added to on our departure which makes preparing food easy without having to buy salt/pepper/dressing type things that you sometimes have to when self catering, there is also a large container of cold/pump dispensed water which is good when you arrive on a late flight.
We were lucky; we had the pool for 5 days to ourselves before one of the other villas had guests, although to be honest we were not in that much as we love Turkey and especially Dalyan – having visited a few times so we were out and about most days.
A book that has been provided by Amanda contains lots of useful info and guests are encouraged to add to it with recommended eateries/trips etc, all of which are plentiful and cheap. Dondu who looks after the villa is a lovely person and we will keep in touch – she will have another baby by the time we visit again, which we will do – hopefully next year.
All in all thoroughly recommended and good value for money – we will be booking again.

A wonderful stay in Dalyan

Amanda arranged transfers from the airport (and back again) so from the minute we arrived in Turkey everything was smooth and easy.
Villa Elmaha is exactly as described. A little smaller than I expected but perfectly suited to a small - medium sized family. The villa is located in a very peaceful area away from the town and is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, it was a joy to breakfast on the terrace or sit chatting late at night with just the sounds of the nightlife around. The gardens and pool are enclosed and beautifully kept. With only two other villas sharing the pool (with really lovely, helpful neighbours that both own their properties), it was peaceful and there is plenty of room for swimming and playing.
The villa has a notebook that visitors have written in with recommendations and the owner also provided suggestions for restaurants and places of interest, a great help until you've found your bearings. There was a huge selection of PS2 games, an Ipod dock and dvds suitable for all family members.We found far too much to do than to use the tv!
Dalyan is such a warm, friendly town with a wonderful ambience. We loved the river boat trip to the turtle beach, which is so beautiful and great for wave jumping. The 12 island boat trip was my favourite day out - a full day from 9am pick up at the villa to 7pm drop off, lunch included for £15 each!! (with Olzap tours, ask for Dale). We ate out almost every night as prices were extremely manageable, even on a budget. Our favourite was The Waterfront - great food, great waiters and brilliant Turkish night. We also enjoyed The Hidden Garden.
This was my first trip to Turkey, it was long-awaited so I researched carefully. I was tempted with Olu Deniz or Fethiye but chose Dalyan as it was described as being more Turkish and quieter. We visited both Fethiye and Olu Deniz on a day trip. Both were much bigger and far busier and commercialised, also very hilly. Olu Deniz beach is truly stunning but for us Dalyan wins hands down for it's overall easy, laid back warmth. The Turkish people are so welcoming and friendly and, for the first time, I have found a place that I know we will return to.
I can see why there's only one review on here - no-one wants to share it!! Thanks Amanda, we will be back to Villa Elmaha very soon. Tracy and girls x
