Appartamento perfettamente ristrutturato si trova in un edificio storico ristrutturato nel cortile tranquillo. L'appartamento è molto tranquillo e piacevole. Un doppio letto king-size può ospitare 2 persone. L'arredamento è nuovo, o appena restaurato.
Lenzuola, asciugamani, internet wireless, TV disponibili gratuitamente. La cucina è completamente attrezzata. Una lavanderia a gettoni si trova a 100 m. Il prezzo è di 45 € per notte ed è considerato come il prezzo totale per 2 persone. Pulizia finale 40 €.

Sehr sauber, preiswert und perfekte Lage.
Ubahn oder Taxistand in in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Der Prenzlauer Berg hat mir ganz gut gefallen, ruhige Gegend aber trotzdem viel los.Studio ist genügend ausgestattet. Ideal für Paare oder 2 Kumpels (wenn keiner schnarcht ;-))
Komme auf jeden Fall wieder und werde es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in Berlin, nicht weit von der U-Bahn entfernt.
Bei der Küchenausstattung besteht allerdings Ergänzungsbedarf, der die Wohnung rundum komplettieren würde! Eine Kaffeemaschine sollte Mindeststandard sein. Ebenso gehören u. a. eine Suppenkelle,Topflappen, eine Teekanne oder mindestens ein 4. Kaffeebecher in eine Küchenzeile, die mit einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet ist!

Perfect place, everything needed is there

I stayed a couple of days in the Central Green Flat. It is really well equipped, everything works, internet speed is great.
A good bathroom, big bed, lovely decorated, very clean, bright and absolutly central.
The metro station is 50 m far. And you can reach the Airport with the S9, directly without any changes. Speed and practic!
Area super good to eat, restaurant, go out or just for walking (Mauerpark is 150 m far with his beautiful market).
Honestly a fantastic place to stay!!!

We had a great time in this modern and clean apartment :)
It is perfect for a holiday for 2, private and has a great bathroom, tv, and everything you need in the kitchen!
The neighborhood is very nice and close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas.
The owner was also very helpful and friendly.
If you are going to Berlin i can recommend this apartment!

A lovely, practical, clean and well tended studio flat in an equally lovely part of Berlin. Easy to find and surrounded by transport links and nice restaurants, the flat is simple and pleasant and perfect for short stays in the city.

Apartamento céntrico, impecable, 50 m. del metro

Es el lugar perfecto en el centro de Berlín. Lo tiene todo y es super limpio. Cálido, acogedor,a sólo 50 metros del metro.
Ofrece conexión gratuita a internet, y televisión, incluso tiene cuarto de baño con bañera, un bonito suelo de madera y grandes ventanalescon vistas al jardín. Hay cafeteras alemanas e italianas, horno, cocina completra. Hay todo lo que se necesita.
...Y es muy, muy limpio. Impecable.
La zona es fantástica para cenar, salir por la noche, ir de compras, pasear por el parque del Muro y un complejo de cines se encuentra a 50 metros, así como el centro comercial.
Tuve una estancia perfecta.
Se lo recomiendo acualquiera que quiera ir a Berlín

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce petit appartement, très central, facile d'accès par le métro, dans un quartier calme et très sympathique.
