really nice apartment, located in the historic center, 2 minutes walk from everything you need (bus, trams, sea, city life ..).
A provision is even dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron!
On the fourth floor but a lift (a comfort in Old Town) offers a beautiful view on the street.
Only problem Nice car parks .. light matches ..
The property is available and gentle! Recommend it!

What a lovely apartment and a perfect location. You have evrything you need to make your stay very comfortable and the benefit of good planning in the layout of the apartment. One big advantage is the bedroom is at the rear of the apartment which makes for very peaceful nights. There is also no noise from other apartments in the building. Last time we visited Nice there were major excavations everywhere as the tramline was under construction. This is now finished, the tramline is wonderful, (easy link to the two train stations), and the tramline is three minutes walk from the apartment. The bus station is the same and you are already in the heart of Old Nice with all its attractions. The front is an easy 5 or 6 minutes away and Castle Hill the same. We followed suggestions in the owners guide, (in apartment), for restaurants and had some wonderful meals out, (particularly Pamir and Cous Cous). We are keen walkers and had several all day walks so the lift in the apartment block was very welcome several times. There is also TV/Sat. Link/DVD's and a music box, we just never got round to using them as there is too much else to do. I am sure this combination of excellent facilities with a perfect location will prove to be very enjoyable for everyone using it.

If you want to stay in a lively part of the city but still be able to sleep at night ,this is the flat for you.It's a superbly equipped flat in a very convenient location.It's right in the heart of the old town, 5mins from the bus station and 5mins to the beach.Shops, market and restaurants are all handy.We've already booked to return!!

My husband and I have just returned from Nice and the appartment offered everything that anybody could wish for - even cookery books, guide books and a dictionary and lots of information about the area and recommendations for restaurants, etc.! It is ideally located in the old town near to restaurants, cafes, the beach and the amazing daily market. The airport bus drops you within minutes of the appartment and the train service to beaches along the Riviera is excellent.
